Have been a Hudson Bay card holder for close to 30 years. Did an online order on November 25/2021 which was to be delivered to me on December 2/2021..when I called customer service they told me my order was lost at their DC????? I have spoke with 6 different reps and was given different information from each rep!!! HBC had no problem charging my card!!! When I asked for a Supervisor. .I was told that a Supervisor is not available. I now was told that I have to wait 15 days for them to investigate this. NEVER AGAIN WILL I SHOP AT HUDSON BAY!!!!!!!!
