We were very happy with the service we received from QuickFix Appliance Repair. We called them first thing in the morning to have a look at our old washing machine and the technician, Alex arrived right on time early afternoon. He was extremely knowledgable and explained everything clearly and all the options available to us and costs involved. Sadly after examining and attempting to repair the faulty part,he explained that purchasing the new part required and installation, it would cost us more to do the repair than to purchase a new machine. We appreciate that kind of honesty in today's marketplace where so many companies are out to rip off people. He also advised us on future brands to purchase and ones that are problematic and that we should avoid. We will definately use this company again in the future and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone requiring appliance repair service. The technician arrived right on time. He was very professional and knew what was needed to repair my fairly new dishwasher. Could have installed parts but told me I didn't need them. A first class man and a first class job.

Buyer Beware!! While QuickFix is responsive when there is a problem, they don't guarantee their labour and don't refund even when the initial problem isn't fixed. We had a dishwasher serviced for $300 and it didn't even run a single cycle after the service. They then suggested the next step which would be another $900. When our normal repair person returned from holidays, he DID fix our machine for substantially less than quoted by QuickFix. My complaints went unanswered for months until they finally just said no refund due to 'procedures'. I would steer clear of these guys!

I called when our washer stopped working and Repair care were able to fix it within 24 hours and for a reasonable price. The booking process was very easy as they can communicate via text messages which is pretty awesome.

Quick Fix Appliances was great. I called them for a fridge not working properly and they came the same day and had the part to fix it right away at a reasonable cost. The technician was friendly, professional and efficient. There was no mess left behind and the whole experience was seamless and pleasant from start to finish. Since then, I have recommended them to a couple of my friends and they have been equally happy. I will definitely use their service again should the need arise!

They are a terrible company. They came to my place to cheat. I hired them to fix my gas stove. The guy came, took 20 minutes to solve the issue, charged me $200, and left. 2 hours later the problem came back, in full. I called him and he said it was too bad, no refunds on labor. When I finally got an answer from the company, it was the same - no refund, since I had agreed to have the job done. The job was never done! It was a terrible scheme. And, to top it all, they delete bad reviews from their site. I wrote 3 so far, and none lasted more than 5 minutes.

Don't let these guys any where near your home! They are the worst service company that I have dealt with in years. They start off good by quickly sending a tech to look at things. They do this to start the money grab, then their organization starts the process of letting you down. The tech states that my fridge needed a compressor and temperature setting components. Tech shows up with wrong parts. They sent the guy across the city. I felt bad for him. Tech comes back two days later with the right compressor, but tells me that I don't need the temperature setting components. He was wrong. I ended up having to toss out newly purchased food. I call to try to get this resolved. They won't send anyone until I sign a legal document/warranty notice (weasel move to ensure more billable parts/hours). I sign it and they book an appointment. Nobody showed up. I called for three days. They don't call back. I asked to speak with their company president and was told they don't have one. QuickFix Appliances couldn't get laid in a monkey whorehouse with a bag of bananas!

We reported a problem with our dishwasher and a technician was sent to our home to diagnose the problem. On January 7/2015, the technician (Allen – he would not tell us his last name…) came and ran a diagnostic to the machine and concluded that a part was malfunctioning and needed to be replaced. He checked on line the availability and he told us that we would have the part ready to be installed in two business days, gave us the price for the part and labour and we paid half of the total ($188). On January 21, 2015, we have finally had the technician back, with the part, ready to install it… We are not going to mention at this point the number of times we called to find out what happened to the β€œ2-day business day delivery promise”… Allen arrived at 5:50 PM (5:30 was the promised time…) and by 8:10 PM we had nothing solved with the machine… The bonus was the flooding of the under-the-sink cabinet with all the contents and the kitchen floor… Allen seemed to be unfamiliar to the dishwasher make-up as I was guiding him along to put β€œthings” back together… At this point, I made a phone call to the company voicing my concern… The lady (unidentified) I talked to told me that I had to pay the technician regardless… After a few more attempts to put the puzzle back together, Allen gave up and told us that the company was going to refund the money we paid. We have to see this happening...
