The guy that was assigned to the job offered exceptional customer service and was able to identify the issues and provide a solution. D	David St Bernard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience with East Liberty Appliance Repair in 2022 March. My fridge stopped cooling, even though the freezer was still working. I called on the Monday, they sent someone two days later, who diagnosed the issue (fan motor was dead), came back with a replacement part, installed it, and had my fridge working again, all in the same day. What was most impressive: parts for my fridge have been scarce in Toronto (due to COVID, and my fridge being common). The technician had faced the same issue with another client the month before, spent the time to figure out an equivalent fan from a different fridge model that could fit my fridge model, and had the foresight to pick up a few more of these fans just in case. Imagine if I had tried to do this myself, with no experience, and just (say) an uncle insisting that fridge repair could be a DIY project. Even diagnosing the issue took tools I didn't have on hand, opening up the compartment where the fan is located, and testing if it's still receiving power before concluding it's the fan. Then to buy a fan? To figure out a comparable fan?? To be confident enough to install said comparable fan in my fridge model??? And how many weeks would I have been without a working fridge???? No sir. This service was very much worth in, and then some.
