★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I contacted Accufix recently and Richard came to see My 25-30 year old Maytag refrigerator which needed to be repaired. Inasmuch as I thought it may not be worth spending the money on a new defrost board plus labour, I am
very happy I did! He said they don’t make them like this anymore and worth fixing.
Their service, which included cleaning it up nicely, was outstanding and prior to the visit, they called regularly to update ETA as we had to reschedule the actual time for the service call. I am very impressed and highly recommend this terrific local company. Thanks so much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend Accufix. Costumer service responded to my phone call the same day and the service man, Richard came that evening for a quote. When others told me that that my freezer was not worth fixing, Accufix gave me a fair quote to fix it. This was a great relief because the freezer was physically unable to be removed from the basement. Thank goodness for Accufix. Richard was very perfessional and my freezer is like new. I am a very happy consumer and will definitely call them again in the future.

They were friendly, prompt and were respectful upon entering my home. The technician did a great job and at a fair price. I will be calling them again in the future!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm really glad I called Accufix (accuflixappliance.com) when my fridge started frosting up. My neighbour recommended this company, and I also noticed they were located in my area of the city. For me, that was two plus points to begin with. Richard was able to diagnose the problem with my freezer and repair it on the spot. He took the time to find out about my appliance before he came to the house and then he made sure he had appropriate parts before he arrived at the house. Although he was working late and had another call after mine, he took his time and was willing to answer my questions and help me understand more about my refrigerator. He was professional as well as personable and I will definitely call Accufix Appliance again if I ever need any appliance repair service.
Although I had to wait a bit longer than I expected for his arrival, he did communicate with me regarding his delayed arrival time. Once he was here I could see that his way of working with his clients requires time. He doesn't rush in and out and leave you in the dark about what he's doing. I definitely recommend this company.

Richard from Accufix Appliance Repair identified the problem quickly, explained that a part would need to be ordered. He outlined what the costs would be and explained his parts and labour warranty. Richard kept me informed on the timing for the part delivery and scheduled a convenient time for the repair. This is the second time I've used Accufix Appliance Repair and have been extremely happy with the service I received. Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient technicians, quality work and fair pricing. Highly recommend them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While there's never an inexpensive appliance repair, I have to say Accufix offered a reasonable price for the screeching sound my dryer was making. Repair person arrived, assessed and we agreed on the price. I was asked to provide a substantial deposit which I gave 10 percent instead, but parts were ordered and the repair was done by the next day. We'll done Accufix!
Addendum... A minor squeal has surfaced... I've communicated with the technician and a scheduled revisit will now occur... Ty for your professionalism Accufix ?
