★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our furnace went out (not a good thing in winter in Canada), and since Accuserv had done a great job on our AC a few years ago, I called them for the furnace. Since they couldn't schedule an install for a few days, they provided loaner space heaters to keep the house livable in the interim. Install was efficient, and smooth, and the new Ecobee smart thermostat is an added bonus. Who knew I would be able to control the furnace from my Apple Watch? Very pleased with the experience and end result.

They replaced our radiator boiler and hot water tank with a tankless combi boiler. Vlad visited our home and gave a detailed quote, with different prices and options. Once we decided to work with AccuServ, they visited again to review the job - this helped a lot. The quote was accurate and the price was the most competitive from our local search.
The job took about 9 hours. They were clean and organized and left our space in better condition than they found it. The job went smoothly and as planned. After they made sure our radiators worked and answered our questions. Good job!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm giving 2 stars only cause they were responsive and sent someone within a couple of hours after a 8pm call on a -13 (-28 with windchill) night. Technician looked over my furnace and diagnosed it as the Motherboard needed to be replaced. I know to replace the motherboard isn't a cheap fix plus I actually had it replaced this passed summer so decided to get a second opinion. So went with no heat for another 15hrs before I could get another company to come. But within 5 mins of arriving they had me up and running with heat again. Was only a Lose Flame sensor wire! So I'm happy I waited for a second opinion but I did e-mail AccuServ since and Never heard back from them still. So I guess I just have to bite $190 for a wrong diagnostics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is excellent. If it were out of 100 they would get 95%. Flexibility and customer service top notch. Repair service thorough and competent. The only problem i had was being charged 2 service calls for one visit. However, given the amount of time spent investigating and completing the services required, it was not too much to pay.
It is worth noting that all of the major heating appliance firms do the same or worse.

Their turn around time from the call to their office to a person at your home is excellent; and, their pricing is very good. They also follow all covid protocols so no need to worry about having them in your home.
