I just want to thank Fred in parts and Ryan in repairs. They both went above and beyond to help us with the fridge repair. Both were professional and personable. They made the whole process easy.

April 6th Kevin came to my house to access my washer, it was leaking water both in the front and back of the machine. His assessment was I needed a new transmission, cost $120.00 plus and hour labor @ $200.00. He came to my place on the 12th, brought part of machine upstairs into the garage and started hammering on it, he broke a piece off, said he doesn't have time for this and left. Didn't clear anything with me or my brother, he was not given any authority to remove any part of my washer. I was never updated to what had happened until I called the office the next day. When I called the office I asked to have the owner call me. I never once knew Kevin was the owner. A half hour later Kevin calls me and once I said hello this is what he said to me. You are going to listen to me, you are not going to interrupt me as I am talking. I said, this conversation is going to stop as I have placed a call in to speak the owner...he said well today is not your lucky day as I am the owner and I worked 12 hours yesterday so listen, I said well if you are the owner then I guess you have to work 12 hours, he said, I told you not to interrupt me and don't you dare compare me to anyone else. It's not my fault I broke a piece off your transmission but you will pay for it. I said I am not you had no authority to remove my washer and you broke the piece. By now I am scared, he was intimidating me verbally...I said I will pay a portion of the piece just to get him off the phone. I want my machine fixed. He came back on the 23rd to fix my machine. I stayed in the garage as I didn't want to be in the house with him. He arrived at 4:15 and was leaving at 5:20. He put all his tools in his car and said, I am so done with you and this call now pay up. I said no, I want an invoice, he said all jobs are COD.. I said how would I know that and I am not paying you as I want an invoice. He stood in front of his car and pointed his finger at me and said, "Watch and see what is going to happen to you now." I was totally scared, shocked that this was happening. He owns a business.. he knows where I live and I am by myself. After he left I did 2 loads of laundry and water everywhere. I took pictures and sent them to him he said the water is there from where he worked on it. Sunday the water was gone, did 1 more load, water everywhere. B&C appliance was directly informed the washing machine was not repaired. Monday I received an invoice over $500.00 and I said I am not paying this. I filed a complaint with the Medicine Hat Police Department of his threatening words. I have contacted other appliance repair people and they said..do not invest any money in this machine it is too old. They said it is seals and a hose problem I said are you sure it's not a transmission and then they said, has it ever stopped during a cycle, nope, oil leak, nope then its not a transmission problem. It's come to my attention the Police were at his place of business many times years ago to deal with customer complaints. Bottom line is there was a minor leak that he was asked to repair which is still not repaired. Plus the invoice reflect many different charges. I believe I was treated very different as a woman rather than if he was dealing with a man. Now I am waiting for the delivery of a new washer and I will be throwing this one out. I was genuinely afraid with Kevin, as he knowingly spoke to me as a single as I wouldn't know any boundaries he would not cross.

Thank you so much for giving my old dryer life again! We thought we'd have to buy a new one, but Kevin had the part on hand and replaced it for me very quickly! I was very happy with my service today!

My worker asked for a repair quote to see if my dryer was worth fixing. I have never gotten a quote before. The appointment took a total of 8ish minutes. When he got to my front door, he asked how I wanted to pay. I said for what? I was never told of a charge for the quote. After he left I phoned B&C appliance and told them my issue and he said he would have to review the recording. I have my own copy of the recording. I received a call from the lady that made my appointment and she stated "most people KNOW there will be a charge. Then I received the bill in my email. After talking to Legal Aid, the thing is noone tells you because legally it is "implied". So even if you back out before its done they can get their $100. I legally have to pay this bill because they will just sit on it until they can put it to collections. Unfortunately during this pandemic this local business found it is easier to make cash by using legality and not by informing or working with their customers. Very disappointed.

They replaced an ice maker in our fridge , Kevin did an excellent job , few problems with ice maker, Kevin fixed them and was very professional. Will use them again if we have any other appliance problems.

This was a warranty issue with LG but aside from some scheduling issues everything was fine.
