He asked us what we were looking for, what we currently had, what we did or did not like about it, and what kind of space we had. He then walked us straight over to the perfect set. It was in stock. We ended up purchasing a new mattress and box spring set too and had it all delivered the next day.

On the delivery date there were pieces missing, when I called the pieces weren't even on their computer. The guy who answered the phone pretty much told me I was sol. I had to bring in my receipt which didn't match theirs. They couldn't explain the missing purchases on their copy compared to mine.
