S	Shiva Ghasdian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service and extremely poor quality. Ordered a breakfast table and paid for delivery. Received the item damaged and the marble was chipped in so many places. After calling so many times they told me that the table will be replaced in 3 weeks. I was asked to take the damaged product to the warehouse to pick up a new one when the table is ready even though i originally paid for the delivery. I was told that the delivery fee that was paid was for one time only Even though the product delivered was damaged. So im expected to pay another delivery fee since it doesnt fit into my own car. Still dont have the table. I wish i had read the reviews before making a purchase from this store. Will never shop here again.

But my last experience was awful and a complete waste of time. Everything is invoiced and ready for delivery. Oh but the warehouse had a mistake we don't have that color. We have the floor model and a darker color. Come back to the store, oh by the way the floor model is now sold. He took my money and asked me to come back and choose, then sold it. Got more money for it and didn't care about the deal we made. Completely unethical business practice. Its unfortunate as in times like we have now I want to support the smaller guys, but will end up going to Mobilia.

I’ve been multiple buying pieces over the years including multiple mattresses. And always refer to friends and family for their furniture needs. Ask for Tariq.

Kashif was focused on sharing his knowledge on the products, design and qualities that differentiated it from others. Even though I had initially left the store without buying anything and proceeded to shop around, the knowledge that Kashif left me with made me more knowledgeable as I visited other vendors and listened to them. After an hour of listening to other vendors, I returned to Concept Furnishings and made my purchase. The reason? Because they took the time to invest in making me understand the product and choices and that builds credibility.

I waited until the end of September didn't receive any updates. I called and they said was promised to receive it in October. Didn't receive any updates again, and I made a call today they said they are not sure how long it's going to take for the delivery. I can’t even do a refund because it’s a final sale. I will post this on all my social media accounts to make sure everyone knows about their wonderful customer service. IF YOU DON'T WANT TO WAIT FOR A FEW MONTHS WITHOUT ANY UPDATE. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM.
