They delivered the staff on time and the delivery guys were so polite and helpful. After putting my sectional together free of charge, they took the garbage with them. If I could give them five plus starsI would. Thank you Selection Furniture for making my life easier.
K	Kacholu Jaan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t know what’s all these bad reviews the place is getting, I have been a regular costumer and every time I come my sales associate is Abdul, I recently came to the store over a year later and Abdul remembered me and my husband very well from the last visit we had. Abdul is very polite and patient and he gave us a very great deal in the bed I wanted to buy, he arranged delivery and all my items came correctly and on time on the day of the delivery. The delivery guys were very nice, I couldn’t lift anything heavy so I asked him if he can move my stuff out of the way from my bedroom. They assembled everything and they also cleaned up after themselves, they took all their garbages with themselves even though in the bill it clearly stated that the delivery/assembling guys are not responsible in throwing out any of the boxing or cleaning up after themselves. I would give them more stars if I could.

I purchased a sofa and a side table in April and they promised to get it delivered by the first week of May. We kept calling them after that and they lied all the times saying we will deliver it next week but that next week never came. They finally delivered the sofa in July , 4 months after purchasing date.. Now we are chasing them with the end table because they didn't deliver the side table with the sofa. Please stay away from this company and buy your furniture elsewhere. If I could I would give zero stars. Unprofessional staff and pathetic company.

In fact we got a complementary set of cushions as u can see on my image given above. I would recommend this store.
H	Haris H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome customer service! Totally amazed with the product as well as service. i was looking for a 3 piece recliner set. I went to brick first cause they had a great deal on a recliner sofa, But their customer service was horrible. They don't even know what they have advertised on current flyers and deals. Anyhow, so i randomly came to this store to check how things are on a Saturday evening at 8. We met with Abdul (manager and sales person) he was very patient in answering all the questions and helping us choose the perfect couch. We are more impressed by his service than the product itself. As i also explained my budget, he gave me a great deal close to what i was looking at Brick. We did a deposit right then and there. And he promised the delivery on Monday at 6-9. Due to these condo rules i had to call him again to request him a early delivery before 5 on Monday. So he spoke with the delivery people and arranged it for 1 to 3. They called me from the door at exactly 1 O' clock. They are really friendly and helpful. In conclusion. I would definitely recommend you this store and especially Abdul for his knowledge and patience.
R	Rayan Faruque on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trust all the other bad reviews and DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! They have terrible delivery and customer service. I ordered a bunch of different things and they all came at different times (not scheduled), because they brought the wrong products! When I called about the wrong products, they literally took more than a month to deliver the correct items. When I say they still got one of the orders wrong the second attempt, I am not kidding. I had to call these guys every day just to remind them and pressure them into delivering my items. Every single time I called the guy wasn't sure when my items would be coming in and would tell me to call back. Every. single. time. for a whole month. They were not even apologetic about it at all. They said that that's just how their business works. On their own needs and schedules, not the customers. They also didn't wear masks or gloves. Also many of the items that I did manage to get from them came slightly damaged (scrapes, scratches, etc) and the quality of the materials is VERY cheap. You might as well buy from a bigger brand like Ikea, because not only is it basically the same price, some things are cheaper and the customer service is better (x infinity) .
