Scammers Alert! I alert you to check the bill properly while dealing with these people, because they have deliberately written the 'terms and conditions' in very small font so that nobody can read it. Don't even go that far to deal with them. Always check ratings and reviews of the store you are buying products from. The easiest and most convenient way to buy products is through amazon, which is the most trust-worthy source. Don't fall for scammers like these. Worst customer service ever seen!???

We bought a completely customized sectional (see the photo). We customized the size, the color, and so on. It is extremely beautiful and very affordable. They delivered it earlier than promised and it met our expectations. It has been two months, so I can't talk about quality of fabric. However, even if starts falling apart after 2 years, I won't have any regrets since the price I paid was significantly less than I would have if I were to buy it from one of the art furniture places. I understand the reason many people end up unhappy. You need to do all of your research and work yourself and be very careful. The margin these folk have are extremely small. You can't expect them to provide the same level of service that the big guys provide. Looking at other reviews, I want to add a comment. This is like buying your cell phone from kijiji. If you do your research and you get lucky, you will be extremely pleased. However, there is a chance that you don't get what you hoped for and that chance increase significantly if your expectation and the effort in communication and research do not match!!

Decided to take a stroll down Kennedy Rd. Looking for a sofa. Sam their sales associate approached us asking what we were looking for. This is when things started to go south. We were interested in a three seater sofa sectional with a lounge. He offered us that sofa in a different colour with two throw pillows, three seater and lounge for $1600 taxes and delivery included. We only had to pay a $400 deposit and we would see the sofa in 2 weeks. This is where all the promises ended and reality set in. LIARS, SCAMMERS, OVER PROMISED AND UNDER DELIVERED. After calling multiple times in week three we got no answer. We decided to go pay them a visit in person, as the lack of communication started. We wanted answers. We were told one more week. When the couch was delivered four weeks after purchase, it was short one seat and the throw pillows we were promised. When I called to inquire they did not answer again. Trip three back there. Sam completely disregarded the throw pillows and tried to put the blame on us. Taking no accountability for their mistake. After arguing with him for 10 minutes he took ownership (Sam) said he would contact the manufacturer and the owner to see what he could do. We gave him a couple days and after ringing their phone off the hook, he finally called us back. His solution for their mistake was we were to pay him another $200 for our missing piece of couch, still nothing about throw pillows that we were promised. Unimaginable how this is ending. Do not buy from these people as they are again LIARS. April order #2130. ***this business is not part of the BBB (Better Business Bureau) STAY AWAY

I had a great experience from the selection of the furniture item, with Joe’s assistance, to its delivery. I purchased a double bed frame with headboard in white. The display was brown, so I did not see the final product until it was delivered. It’s definitely well made and sturdy. The item came within a few days of ordering which was well ahead of the anticipated date I was given in store. Communication throughout the process was timely and consistent. It’s my first time purchasing from them, but I will definitely return!

Just bought a 3pc Sofa Reclining Chocolate Brown Leather set, "So Excited" it was between this place and badboys, the sales staff today here were professional and respectful but i dealth with Saini. He took care of all my furniture needs at a attractive price, overall great experience. Will update if any issues between now and delivery, but i know there won't will be a problem with Saini Customer Service skills. Thanks guys P.s i have been coming here for years, even when United Furniture was running the show nothing but the best prices & staff. Edit: Couches have arrived and in perfect condition & easy setup. Cheers

This is by far the worst furniture shop on Kennedy. The manager is very disrespectful. They were supposed to deliver my couches, however due to an emergency on that specific day, I had to take my son to the hospital and wasn’t able to be there once the delivery people arrived at my home. They broke my garage door and left my couches in my garage. When I spoke to the manager this morning, he yelled at me and told me there is nothing he can do, even though he admits to his delivery team entering my house and garage without my consent. He then accused me of making things up on my head and told me someone will call me back next week. I have contacted the police and completed a police report. I have also seeked legal counsel and starting a lawsuit for damages done to my property. My only advice to anyone that wants to purchase furniture, this is not the place to go.

This is the worst place. These people are LIARS. I ordered a couch that was told to me it will come in two weeks. So I decided to get it from here rather than other location. That's when everything went downhill. It took 10 weeks blaming the covid situation and high demand. So I was understanding. In the beginning, I specifically told them I am willing to pay extra for installation. The sales rep. took extra money and said they will deliver and install. When it came to delivery, the guy delivers and said sorry I can't install I have to leave. Screams at me in front of my 8 months old baby and runs away. This place needs to be shut down. I was far too patient. If I could give negative star I would.

My wife and I walked in to their show room after going to BAD BOY right beside them. We noticed the table we liked that was at bad boy but again we didn't like the chairs it came with so we asked if we could change the chairs and the service man had no objections at all, he even lowered the price by $100. Bad Boy was $200 more then the price we paid. My wife and I were amazed but worried after because of all the bad reviews here. I don't know why there are so many bad review with this company, I found them amazing. The table and chairs were deliver 2 days later with no problems. I would highly recommend this store for furniture. On a side note, why we left BAD BOY beside them is because they wouldn't let us change the chairs on the table :( My wife and I found The Furniture Palace very accommodating and friendly. They truly want to make you happy.
