My wife and I bought our first mattress here a few years back and this was our second mattress purchase. From picking out to delivery was just as smooth and seamless the first time around. Go to this location and you won't need to look elsewhere.

Matt gave her a good deal and was able to accommodate the delivery of the mattress and box spring that same day. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a mattress to go to Mattress Mall.

Ordered a mattress online during the Black Friday weekend and was definitely not expecting to have it in my room within 24 hours but here we are. Matt and staff were very personable over the phone and very patient while I worked on some logistics. They even helped bring it to my room and move my old mattress.

If you want overwhelming distractions and confusion then go to the big names and walk out frustrated. If your serious about buying a mattress which is the 3rd most important purchase after your home and car, then go to Mattress Mall and see Matt. I bought my mattress here for my newlywed home a few years back. I referred my sister there recently and she was blown away by the service. You will not regret it here. Matt is very sweet, welcoming, showed types of mattress and gave suggestions to choose the best for us. Mattress quality is very good and comfortable. Delivery was done as promised. Delivery guys fixed the bed and placed mattress after asking how we’d like to place it! I would highly recommend this place! :)

Matt was with a group of customers when we walked in and he greeted us and told us to look around and that he’ll be with us shortly. We had somewhat of an idea of what we were looking for but who really knows? You buy a mattress once every 5 years. Matt did come talk to us promptly after the other group left and helped us narrow it down to a few choices. He was not pushy at all and encouraged us to test out the mattresses and take our time. We talked over the pricing. He gave us a great deal including delivery. He followed up with us over the next few weeks and we had to reschedule a few times because we were renovating and couldn’t take delivery, not his fault. He called us the day before to confirm delivery and even offered to personally deliver it if his guys were too busy to make sure we had a mattress to sleep on. It was a great experience from beginning to end. Highly recommended!
