They called me after 3 months when my delivery was due and said the material you chose is not available and I’ll have to choose a new one. I mean seriously this took you 3 months to figure out. They forced me to change my order or cancel it.

Every time i call they say they are waiting for it (well that doesn’t help me) maybe have a professional person running your business. The person in charge for phones is very rude and actually hangs up the phone. I think with hiving one star i am doing a bug favour for the business. It’s ridiculous

I ordered a sofa set in December 2021 and it was supposed to be delivered in first week of March. Then she differed it to 2nd week and after that started not receiving my phone. After calling and texting again and again she received the call gave a new date for last week of March. Then she again changed the date to 1st week of April but did not keep her promise. Then she asked me to pay the whole amount and she will deliver it by next week. I told her that I shall pay just give me a photo of the sofa, she denied by saying it had been packed already and if I wanna see it I have to visit the factory. I agreed to do the same but just before the day of my visit she told me it’s not ready yet will take another week. I was totally fed up and realized that she will not deliver my sofa after taking the payment. That’s why I told her to cancel my order and refund my 300 dollar deposit. She canceled the order but didn’t refund my deposit back. After 4 months I ended up with nothing but losing my 300 dollar.

Our sales lady(Jasmine) was fun well experienced and took the time to explain the differences between the different styles furniture When we did decide on the furniture we wanted she even went out of her way to quick delivery.
G	Grace Leung on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a sofa that has a gap in it - took us 8 weeks+ to get it replaced. Originally told me they are dealing with something and has to wait 4-6 months for my sofa, and when i say its too long they say to refund me 100 and for me to keep the sofa "just put some filling in it". After a long argument now I get my replacement sofa. Definitely not as good as the one I saw in the store (that I ordered), but it's decent.

I made full payment for my bed and chairs and suppose to receive within-2 weeks. They took 6 weeks. They made fake promises. I tried numerous phone calls they didn’t answer or again fake promises. I went in person after yelling and shouting at them, getting CP24 involved. They finally delivered the items. Items aren’t as good as is looks upon receiving delivery. Lots of scratches and poor quality.

They promised the world, however, I had called them 100 different times and did not get anything from them for 10 weeks. Whenever I had called, they would not pick up the phone. After 10 weeks of waiting, they finally delivered a product that was ripped. My mattress was ripped and they delivered it. This is absoultely the worst company in the world. DO NOT GO HERE TO BUY ANYTHING!
T	Tolga Ereken on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scammers, stay away. They also go by "Toronto Furniture Mart" and "Paramount Furniture Ltd." How are they still in business is a true mystery. They will steal your money, refuse to refund you, yell at you and belittle you when you go in person to speak to them. Their phone number is out of service, website does not work and they toggle their Google Maps. Disgusting, vile people who claim to be religious. Shame on you all.
