Don’t give debit card. The salespersons bring back home seller culture. Bad behaviour. I purchased a bed, it never came, they many excuses and lastly COVID-19 if at all they receive calls.

When i Asked for Prices (No prices' labels)/ Delivery, etc ...: the individual is Rude, Disrespectful, NO Customer Service.. I just walked out.

First of all the owner, my goodness, i cannot explain in one word, get ready for words!!!, never know how to talk with the customer, in many words, he is aggressive, arrogant, highly offensive, crude, rude, extraordinarily uncouth, seriously lacks patience, and manners. How on earth is he doing business, only God knows!! I would recommend other places to get furniture.

On three days back i bought a mattress from them and they promised me to deliver it on thursday but i recieved it on friday as they were in shortage of delivery people! Apart from that their customer service was satisfactory.

We called him almost everyday but the way he talk is so rude, disrespectful, and he lies every single time saying driver didnt deliver. They are really cheaters and liers. Worst furniture shop ever. We even asked for a refund but he said he cant. He is so desperate about money! He takes everyone’s money and he doesn’t do his job. I highly recommend for people not to do any business at this job! We really regret ordering our cupboards with his idiots! First you guys need to know how to treat customers before you sell products. Such cheaters and liers! I will surely give 5 stars about them cheating and lying!

He also gave very good recommendations on the mattress, I am very very very happy with the purchase. Delivery was late and kept changing the time, but the delivery guys were helpful and nice. I understand how bad was the traffic and how far they had travelled, and I still get the bed frames and mattresses at the promised date.
