They delivered the sofa and the fitting was not good I went to the store multiple times and requested them to fix it. But the store manager/owner Rajann was very aggressive and he literally asked me to get out from the store. Once you enter in to the store they will talk to you very smoothly and convinces you to buy the furniture. Once you pay the amount that’s it no one will respond to your calls and you don’t know when it is getting delivered. And customer service was really pathetic. After coming to Canada this is the first mistake I did buying furniture from this store. So I request not to buy furniture from this store.

They delivered sectional after 2 and half months which suppsed to be delivered in 4 weeks. Also We only used mattress for 6 months. After only 6 months usage, it was super soft. When we called the manager, he told we have to buy another mattress, and rudely cut of the phone. If I know how and where I can make complain, for sure I do it. We gotta buy another mattress from sleep country due to back pain. Very disappointed and never never recommended.

We had our items delivered and assembled for an agreed upon price. When the assembly people came they asked for more money and took a piece of our furniture with them back to the store when we said No. the store owner also plays a part in this as I had to go back and and fourth with him over $50 and still had to pay the extra money for him to give me back my furniture even after showing the original invoice. Terrible place, quality and service. Would not recommend

We bought a dinning table set with chairs. The chairs could not be assembled due to manufacture error (the owner agreed something was wrong with the chairs) the owner still charged us $100 to assemble the chairs. They took back the chairs and put their own holes in it and brought it back. The chairs looked so ugly after that. The chair was chipped and unstable and he wanted to give us the floor model when we paid for brand new!! He also wanted to charge us another $100 to assemble the table from the same set! How does that make sense!? Don't go there and waste your time and money guys!

Raj and Sam are very kind and did their best to get our furniture a week after we ordered it. We are waiting this Monday for our order and are very pleased with the service.
W	Wumi A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From start to finish my experience at RK furniture was positive one. I got a fair price for the furniture I purchased. The sales rep Prish was great and very helpful. Only reason I am not giving them a 5 star is because the delivery process was a mess. My delivery was late and done over 4 days. I understand things happen, but that was very annoying. Also my furniture which was very heavy was left in my hallway so we had to find away to get the furniture to our bedrooms.I have had a few weeks to use the furniture and it is great quality.
