M	Maria Loranger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this location - No service, very crowded. Like many other Bestbuy locations, this one is also seriously understaffed. A couple of days before Christmas it was very crowded and people stood in endless lines at the cash, at the service counter, at the returns counter and all over the store waiting for help. "Manager" Luchi informed me that they had hired 30 additional staff for the Christmas season and that they were all on the floor, helping customers. Reality check : there were 4 staff on the floor. My experience : I knew exactly what I wanted, went in to buy one item, needed no help. Wasted 45 minutes to be told that they did not have it, although item was in the display case. Learned my lesson : no more Bestbuy, no, thank you.

L	Lea Chen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DONT EVER BUY GEEK SQUAD PLAN, it doesn’t matter how much discount they give you, BECAUSE IT CAUSES SO MUCH in your life to file a claim. I have technicians coming into my house 6 times already trying to fix something small, and they are not competent. Not only did they not fix the issue, they didn’t put the fridge door back properly, now they added an new issue to the existing issue. Now they are refusing replacement and then make it a pain to get a technician to fix the appliance so they can drag out the process. I was on the phone for ~3 hours today and I was put on hold so many times and the line kept getting cut off. Trust me it is not worth the stress

The staff is knowledgeable and not to pushy which l like. I would definitely come back in the near future for all my electronics need.

There's always a new iteration of something. I began with looking at a top end refrigerator from LG. Can you believe you can get one that can take photos of the inside of your fridge and send it to your cellphone so that you know what you need to purchase while at a grocery store? Wow! What ever happen to the simple paper shopping list? Haha! Yes, old school has its simplicity. Oh, the real reason for coming here was to touch and feel the Beats Studio 3 Wireless Headphones. My research continues and it seems to satisfy my price point at Best Buy.

Lots of things to explore and helpful people around I went to aks for a laptop chrher and they said they sony seel it and it hs to be bough directly from compnay. However they did help me out with any request such as price check and product search. They still need to bring more options and variety that's why they loose my one start rest everything is good
