★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a battery independently and tried to manually change my phone, but I was having a lot of issues opening my phone. I went in and they changed my battery in a few hours, and picked it up. The work itself was around 50 dollars, but everything went quite smoothly. If you buy a battery from them, there's a 1 yr warranty, which I recommend. I found the staff quite friendly and helpful.
