Haji and Pulkit were helpful with assisting me with a great new phone plan and a new Samsung Tablet!! Great customer experience especially upkeeping with Covid regulations. For the first time in a very long time have I been so happy with my mobile service provider. Great job guys! Keep up the excellent service!!

I know this review is going to be a long one however it’s worth it! I don’t believe I’ve visited this location since 2015, however yesterday a LOVELY associate named Ash contacted me out of the blue with an awesome promotion. I’d thought about switching from Koodo for some time as I’d been with them since 2014 and wasn’t offered many promotions as a long term customer, and wasn’t pleased with my service in terms of value for cost. Connectivity was never an issue with Koodo. So yesterday when I got a random call from this store associate, with the amazing promo she gave me I was thrilled to say the least. First of all, she offered me the best deal I’ve ever received from a Koodo rep, most haven’t been able to give me what she offered me. I know the offer probably wasn’t her decision, however her customer service skills were BEYOND amazing. I don’t quite know how my profile came up for her to call me, but she was patient and willing to break down and explain to me everything to do with my current plan, the plan she could give me and the process of receiving my new phone as well, as I now reside out of Toronto completely. Ash truthfully went above and beyond in terms of taking her time with me, making sure I heard all the options and explained them, she was lovely and very personable. And Ash followed up with me to make sure everything was a go, and that I was happy! I don’t think I’ve ever experienced this level of customer service from someone before, at least to this degree and especially with Koodo. Not to say that the service I’ve received has ever been bad, but Ash 100% deserves her job. I truthfully hope that if there were a position of promotion within her job, she would get it. She is the sweetest and I absolutely cannot ignore when someone in customer service does an amazing job. Thank you to Ash for assisting me in getting my new phone, keeping the same awesome plan but making it better, helping me save money, and all around just being an amazing rep to talk to. You are wonderful!

We just wanted to get the sim card which is 10bucks as usual. But Indian woman tried to charge over 22$ offensively and slacked off. She didn’t wanna do anything about the service and even saying the basic informations. After that she just ate foods. I know you wanna food ASAP, but you should take care of your customer first properly. Before you EAT something. INDIAN OFFENSIVE GIRL.

DO NOT GO THIS PLACE. staff tried to RIP-OFF I lost my phone so I need to get a new koodo SIM card and reopen my number. and she said "It's 20 dollar.OK?!"with unkind voice. I couldn't hear how much it is, but It's usually 10 dollars so I said OK. and she asked how do you pay? so I said credit card. then she pushed a pay machine towards me. typed with "$ 22.60" I saw It's a definitely KOODO SIM card which is colored pink-yellow. and she said "you need to call the customer service to change your sim card." she knew I lost my phone and I can't call . everything didn't make sense at all. so I felt very annoyed and I didn't want to buy it for 20 dallars. so I didn't. If I change my carrier, then because of like that scammer who wants to rip-off. I don't want to spent my money for like that person.

They never have phone in stock, and the people who earn here are all over the place when it comes to helping. I've only ever dealt with 2 good people here but it seems EVERYTIME I go back to talk to the person there is someone new who doesn't know what they are doing. I've had someone help me but had to call head office for help because they couldn't figure something out.

Was having a real rough week trying to get a functioning phone in time for an event where I needed to head out of town. Nitika here spent the better part of an hour walking me through my options, exploring all avenues, and helping me to get my new one set up. Excellent customer service rep - next time I need to go in, I'll try to do it on a day she's working. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves.
