★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the Metro and we were able to purchase what we needed quickly and easily. We did self check out and the worker was so helpful and kind. The items are pretty stocked up and prices are reasonable, especially when there is a good sale.

Do your job clean the washrooms and fix the tap in the washroom no water pressure. so many restrictions at that mall they thinks its yorkdale mall or something. its a dumpy mall in crack head area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to live near this mall, around nine years ago. It's changed a LOT since I moved. It's still clean and open with a lot of sky lights. The revitalization renovation seems to have done the trick as the once dying mall feels more lively. I miss the fountain personally but understand what it had to have taken to take care of it. All on all, still one of my favorite malls to visit and I miss it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean well-lit, and spacious mall with a large food court and many entrances. Have eaten in the food court several times, and it’s always spacious and people are very respectful. Just wished there were more options for food as I’ve ordered from nearly all of them, but I’m happy to overlook this as the servers are always so friendly and efficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you've lived in the Golden Mile neighbourhood for at least the past 60 years, then Eglinton Square Shopping Centre would be very familiar to you.
This plaza opened in 1954 and then morphed into an enclosed mall with parking all around the outskirts of the building. Add to that a steep circular ramp to the rooftop where additional parking spots can be found; not many of these exists in the country.
Anchor stores book end this mall; Metro and Hudson’s Bay. Other notables of the 40 or so tenants including Dollarama, Shopper Drug Mart, TD Canada Trust, several mobile phone dealers, etc.
The food court choices range from KFC, McDonalds, Tim Hortons, to a sit down full service Watts Restaurant serving British and Italian fare.
Heck, if you're bored, just visit the Toronto Public Library (Eglinton Square Branch) just off of the food court.
I prefer this shopping centre over the dozens of big box stores close by.
