STEP 1 – CONSULTATION

The first step in meeting your wants and needs of your custom built home is by arranging a one-on-one consultation.

Getting to know you and your family will be essential in determining the overall vision that you have for your home.

At this stage, Clint will have just as many questions as answers which will help to determine what is most important to you.

Immediate concerns that will be addressed include:

• Style and size of home
• Desired area or location
• Distance from schools, parks, playgrounds, amenities, and work
• Low and high end of your budget

STEP 2- YOUR HOME

Finding the right home can be daunting at best. The options are endless. Whether you choose from one of our many home plans on file, or access other designs through print, online, or even a self sketched drawing on a napkin, Serenity Homes can adjust or modify any plan or vision you may have to suit your own particular unique lifestyle.

At this point a good understanding of the exterior and interior finishes will need to be discussed, such as:

• Type of shingles
• Stucco, brick, rock, siding or combination of
• Chrome, oil rubbed bronze, or brass plumbing fixtures
• Flooring choices

All while keeping your budget in mind.

STEP 3- PRICING

After establishing all required information, it is time to send a copy of your design to the many designated tradespeople for a quote. Serenity Homes will then compile all necessary quotes and will be able to present you with the complete price for your home.

STEP 4- THE DOTTED LINE

At this stage, pricing and progress payment schedules will be discussed.

Cost allowances will be designated for all items and finishes you may want to choose.

A proposed start and completion date will be agreed upon and a signed contract will be initiated.

STEP 5- LETS GET TO WORK

Ok, so we have spent time in meetings, we have found and purchased your lot and designed your dream home.

We went over materials, finishes, timelines, pricing and contracts.

IT’S TIME TO GO TO WORK……This has to be the most exciting time of all!

After all the countless hours of putting pen to paper, Serenity Homes and our many top-quality professional tradespeople are ready and in place to ensure that your dream and your vision will soon become a reality.

STEP 6-THE FINAL

Your home is complete. All necessary code inspections have been approved, and all expectations have been met. Our final meeting before possession has arrived. Together, we will do a walkthrough, go over the mechanics, answer any questions that you may have, and explain our National Home Warranty Program in further detail.

At this point, the time has come to hand over the keys!
