The homeowners being our neighbours had nothing but good things to say about Behzad and therefore we chose his firm to build our home and we couldn’t be happier. We built a 3000 sq ft 3 bedroom 3 bathroom home , plus an office/library on the 2nd floor. The trades Aria build uses we’re very passionate about their work, they were also polite and courteous to us and our neighbours . At first, we were apprehensive to build a home, we had busy lives, and were not sure if it was the right time to build, or if we would have had time to be more involved. Aria build is all together very different from other builders in Toronto. They made the procedure undertaking a custom home project enjoyable. Behzad, his father Ayon and their team are exceptional, very trustworthy, and knowledgeable. They were very easy to communicate with. They guided and supported us throughout the entire build. We had numerous ideas for various components of the house, and they worked thoroughly with us to make sure our visions were being met. Aria Build is transparent about costs, whenever we made a change, a detailed change order was sent for us to review and confirm. They helped us make informed decisions in consideration of our budget. We are grateful for their partnership in building our dream home, their commitment to our home has continued well beyond our move in date.

Aria Build (especially Peter) went above and beyond to ensure those problems were fixed quickly accurately and with little, if any delay to the project. We enjoyed our time working with them. We certainly are not the easiest client to deal with and they never showed me anything but respect and patience. I would recommend considering them for your next project. Ask for Peter to be your Project Manager. He was great!
