★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stopped in to buy some pants and the store manager, Derrice, went above and beyond my expectations. I couldn't find what I was looking for so she went digging through the basement to find more options. I left with 2 pairs of pants at a very decent price that I am very happy with. Overall, an extremely positive shopping experience. Derrice is a top notch store manager and sets an exceptional example of what customer service should be. I will definitely be back. Thank you, Derrice!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed by customer service. Teases client when they ask for price, makes fun. Doesn't work in the store, workers supervisor all gossip standing in the store, no work nothing. Doesn't want to help client, doesn't care about them. Happy without client and without work. Sell chip tops shirt in high price. $118 priced before, a tops they put on sale for $30. How this possible! New arrivals are $149 and more! Doesn't even reduce a little bit, only know how to tease clients. Will try to avoid this shop as much as possible.
