★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pharmacy is the worst pharmacy I've ever seen in a shoppers. drug mart store. It takes anywhere from 4 to 5 days to get your perscription. I called them after 4 days to see if my prescription was ready. They told me the Doctor hasn't sent the paper work back. I called the Doctor they never recieved any paper work. This all started the first week in Feb. I called shoppers back. The man on the phone said your doctor put in for refills Jan 26. This isn't the first time I've dealt with this situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would strongly recommend this Shopper's Drug Mart at Eglinton Square, in Scarborough. It was so refreshing to be assisted by one of their staff members in particular. Mein was professional, courteous and extremely personable. She helped me to process a few transactions which were a bit difficult to complete online. 5 stars for this location- Strongly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staffs have pretty careless/"don't care"/resist attitude not only in this location but most of the Shopper's drug mart locations. Very unfortunate. In this location the Pharmacy has very few staffs. They are helpful but their hands are tight due to the shortage of the staffs. Most of the time specially on the weekends they keep only one staff at the pharmacy! Customers need to wait long time in the que. Today, it was the worst. They kept one staff who is very new. She said that that was her first day! Unbelievable. She was all puzzled since the que was long. Is it professional?! She could make any mistakes to give the wrong medication to the customers and you know what would be the result of it, ! We do not expect this kind of services from a company like Shoppers drug mart!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Another unhappy customer. I went there to have my prescription file transferred because the old pharmacy was too far away for me. The pharmacy assistant got all my info and the old pharmacy's info.I was told that I will get a phone call to let me know about the transfer and to get an med that I needed urgently. two days in and I did not hear back. I called several times but no one picks up the phone and I was not able to leave a message. I am taking my business somewhere else!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is zero communication between the pharmacy staff and their patients. I was told it was going to be a 10 minute wait for my prescription, but stood there waiting for 50 min. I have no problem waiting that long, however if they told me 50 min I would have gone home and come back later, rather than standing there. Just ridiculous.
