Hatim, the owner, is open and honest about the process. What you need to get started with his team, and in my case even provided a few introductions to help me push forward. His insights have been wonderful.
Hatim's team, on the production floor, have years of experience and work with you during both the sample process and production process when they find opportunities for improvement.
Communication is outstanding, I receive messages as soon as something comes up. This includes updates on progress, points to discuss or issues we might need to solve for.
I hope to do much more business in the future with the team at CIG Garment Manufacturing.
