★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had issues with the phone and they wouldn't take back the phone as previously agreed. Ended up purchasing an I phone from another company with no issues. I would absolutely advise you to pass on purchasing a phone from Cactus Communications in Medicine Hat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in about 4:30 (left early from work) with a broke phone and I wanted to replace. I was the only customer in the store and they told me they didn't have any time. I went straight from there to BestBuy and made a purchase of a new phone by 5:30. I'm all for supporting private business, but unfortunately they didn't have time or a little extra time for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everyone here is very friendly and were able to get my car in quick to get a remote start put in. I had a problem with the car alarm going off upon starting the vehicle in the mornings but they took care of it for me and had the car until they figured out the problem. I will recommend for any remote start service as they are well priced and work in a timely manner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The employees there are very rude and seemed like they were bothered if you went in there with questions. It took over 2 hours to set up my phone and the girl did not show me a darn thing. I am sorry that I changed from my previous carrier. The manager/marketing is even standing behind their rude employees. Where did customer service go?? I would not recommend Cactus Communications to anyone
