★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have called Concept multiple times to get a new hot water tank. Last time I called was Friday Sept 20/2019. Today is Tuesday Sept 24/2019 and still no call back. I have called 4 times over the last week and a half and told was they would get back to me. Still nothing. Horrible customer service. Thanks god for marvelous who came out the same day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We live in the country, and rely on a pump to have water in our home. This spring our pump broke. We called Concept, and Shaun and his crew were out to our house that same day, and even after having to order in a new system, we had water within 24 hours of our first phone call.
Professional service and fair prices. I highly recommend Concept!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company was called by B and L Lawn Services to repair my sprinkler and laundry taps as a sub-contracted plumber without my knowledge. They did not inform me of this or that the billing would go through B and L Lawn. The invoice I received from B and L Lawn has inflated charges and does not break down repair or labor costs. I called this company for more transparency on my invoice and was told they can't provide that. Very dishonest way of doing business by both companies when they won't be transparent with billing or costs. Avoid them and find a company that is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shawn and David were very professional and provided prompt and quality service.
They weren’t however able to successfully transport our undercabinet water filtration system from one house to another in our move. A part was someone how lost and that resulted in the water continually d raining too waste and a taking a very long time to fill the water reservoir. They replaced many parts without success. In the end my husband searched YouTube and found that the part missing was a little tube that is partially closed (some kind of restrictor). He fixed it himself. To be fair, it wasn’t their product and we appreciated that they did not charge us for all the parts replaced. They were very professional about the error made and apologized. It can happen to anyone really. We’d still ring them again if needed.

Dave, the gentleman that installed our dishwasher and removed our furnace humidifier was efficent, professional, thorough, and quick. The ladies who booked the service call were knowledgable, pleasant, understanding, and followed through on what was promised. I would highly recommend Concept to anyone in need of plumbing services. Before wasting your time finding alternatives, call Concept. It is a decision you will not regret.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called 3 times for a new tankless water heater. First time was February 8, 2022. I was told someone would call me back to discuss my needs. I called back later the same day because I didn't receive a call back and I was told again someone would call me back. Nobody did. The last time was February 9, 2022 and I was told I'd get a quote emailed to me that day. I never received an email , phone call or quote. Very poor customer service. I went with another company that was prompt and efficient and very professional. I guess you guys don't need the business and lost out on $3000.
