★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The premises are very clean and well kept. (They even clear the snow from the front of the units!) The office staff are very helpful and when I ran out of boxes and supplies they had some to sell to save me a trip home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place, and friendly staff. Was going through a tough time and they talked to me like I was any other customer and helped me with the process and seemed happy to help. And the free month of storage really was a blessing, and they're okay if you are a day or two or three late on fees, didn't even charge me late payment fees. So all in all a great experience and I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a secure place for their belongings. Only thing that could make it better would be 24 hours access as the only times to access your things is 8am to 9pm. Also a plug in for some sort of lighting in the unit as I don't like going through my things with people watching me do it. But that's just me.
