★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will not recommend this place I rented an out door storage since sept 2020 and I was told that it was air tight nothing can get in and nothing can get out I recently discovered ered that my space was infested by rats and the lady blamed it on me and said it was my fault now they are raising the price of the unit and when I confronted her about it she said that it was in my terms of agreement when I told her I dont have a copy it was then she looked in the file and gived me a terms of agreement 6 months later on 9 March that states it doesment matter what happen to your stuff in their storage they are not to be held responsible, the damage is so extensive that I will have to trow away everything I need for my new place because of these rats, even the poison I placed didn't work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give this place no stars, I would. Beware using this facility! I had the worst experience dealing with this company than any other in my life and in that, I have become familiar with others who have used them as well and had similar experiences. The owner and his side-kick will manipulate your contract just because they don't like the look of you, never mind that they are both racist and homophobic. They know the police will not get involved in your disputes and they will walk all over you with that knowledge. There are hundreds of great storage facilities in this city. Avoid this one!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location is full of mice and people are storing food. All my boxes and expensive shoes are eaten by mice. May times i have seen tenants sleep in the lockers. I have mentioned this to front staffer the lady disregard all that. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Safety is very poor. office staffer is very rude at times giving attitudes and not helpful. I am moving out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a customer here for over a year, renting a parking space for my heavy truck. This space was initially sold to me as a place to operate my small business. It was fine and good. After a while the management changed although I didn’t notice much change other than the price which increased without notice.
Today I was doing some work on my truck which I do regularly since I work in trucking. Suddenly the manger came out swearing and making threatening statements while wearing sunglasses and smoking cigarettes as if to be a cool mean person. Because I was working on my truck, which is apparently not allowed I was to vacate within 6 hours or they would tow (or attempt to seize) my equipment and charge me $500. This manager was so full of rage and anger and insult that I could hardly make sense of the situation. This manager seemed unstable, I was not comfortable, the manager was using extreme language and behaviour, it was odd. The owner was in attendance and seemed to approve of this behaviour.
And so I towed my equipment away to another location peacefully. I was gone within 2 hrs but this was not good enough, the management had the audacity to charge my credit card an extra $98 without authorization. There was absolutely no good reason for the charge. I lost half a month rent and $98 for simply doing what I rent the space for.
I highly recommend avoiding this business. Certainly DO NOT TRUST these people with your credit card. If you do you risk unauthorized charges and price increases not to mention threatening staff and the additional costs of moving your things with little notice. That’s if you are lucky enough to recover your things before they are seized.
The people at this business are fraudulent and the mental stability of the management is questionable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down the cheapest self storage in GTA. The facility is just as secure as the big franchises and price is half of what the big boys charge.
Since this is the only location and this is a small business, you would be lucky to find a vacant unit there. However, Amy at the reception is a magician at work.
Venice fitness is at the back if the building is confusing at first glance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been here for over 6 years owner and staff very friendly and helpful. Had a unit indoors and have now moved to a outside unit. Cleaned and maintained property. Automatic secured gatted access. Video surveillance. Very happy with the service and would highly recommend.
