★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service! I called and spoke to Ross who reserved a unit for me. He made notes of my requirements in the computer and when I came in a few days later, the manager Jerry took care of the rest. It was a very quick and efficient process. We had two car loads full of our belongings and Jerry brought a few moving trolleys to our unit to help move the boxes and to save our backs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not sure who the management is but dealing with Ross at the Dawes Rd location was the seamless compared to other locations. He took the time, showed me all available sizes, thoroughly explained the cost structure and more. Excellent customer service! Keep up the good work Ross!

Jerry, (site manager) was super helpful and courteous. The overall experience was hassle free. Would definitely recommend this place for storage needs! Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Upon trying to figure out where we would store our many items during an awkward gap between moves, we decided to try Apple Self-Storage on Danforth. We've never used a storage unit before, and it ended up being a fantastic idea! Jerry S - Manager of the Danforth location - has been absolutely incredible to work with. I inadvertently locked our storage unit incorrectly one day (I was rushing and didn't put the lock through each of the necessary spots!). The next day, during his morning security rounds, Jerry realized that my lock was not adequately protecting my unit. He immediately took pictures of the lock, called me, and locked up unit for my protection until I was able to come and fix it. He has been prompt to respond to questions and made me feel completely secure and confident in Apple Self-Storage's services from Day #1. I'm thrilled that we chose to store our items at the Danforth location and will definitely do so again in the future. Thank you, Jerry and team!

I have been using apple for over a year now. Jerry has helped me many many times. I’ve switched units several times due to needing more or less space. He has been so accommodating with pricing and flexibility. Hands down the best storage facility I’ve ever worked with. If he says he’s going to do something he does it.
