★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful customer service at this location, just awful. We placed and paid for an order through uhaul.com to be picked up at this location. After receiving a confirmation email, we arrived to pick up the order only to be told by the proprietor that he didn’t have it in his system. We produced the receipt and order number and he still said the order was not in his system. He offered no attempt to find a solution, so we called U-Haul confirming the order once again, to tell them how we were treated unsatisfactorily, and asked for a refund. We won’t be seeking the services of this business, nor U-Haul, again.
