★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t understand all the negative reviews. This is a busy location (especially while we are in lock-down and everyone is using the mail service). Been going here for 10 years now - everyone is friendly and have always been helpful. Peak times (lunch and after work) are busy. So yes, you may be in a line. If it takes a long time, it’s usually because the customers are needing a lot of help or are asking a lot of questions. They have *always* been very quick with my packages (both pickup and drop-off) when I’m at the counter; so if you are having problems, it’s probably you and not them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old Chinese lady yells if you ask any questions regarding anything, they have NO TAPE/NO GLUE/NO PRINTER or ANYTHING that a Posit Office supposed to have! I had to come back 3 times for one single package, it's just absolute insane and you'll just lose your mind!
Utter P.O.S Canada Post location you can think of all time. It can't possibly go any lower standard than this in this country.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The person on a Saturday morning who helped me was very helpful. I appreciated his guidance for a post with a return envelope inside. He was patient and cheerful. There wasn’t any long wait. This Canada post is inside a Shoppers Drug Mart store. Lots of parking space at this plaza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this post office. There is always a line going half way around shoppers and sometimes up to 40 mins wait. It is critically understaffed usually just one person working. They really need to have two to three people working this location at the least.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've read most of the reviews here bout understaffed....u guys should realized that a company works on budgeted hours on certain stores and locations. If u haven't work on any retails or any you should not whine bout it coz the people who are serving you are trying to accommodate each in everyone the best that they can. Have some patience!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived 10 min before closing at 4:00 PM and found few customers before me, at 3:58 PM, I was the only person he did not started serving. He told me that he can not serve me because he has to finish the customers finalizing their mail as the system will close at 4:05 PM and that I had to go to another location!. I do not know if the system will "actually" close at 4:05 PM, but I would have appreciated if he even tried to serve me (I only took 4 minutes in the other location including the time to write the details on the envelope). If he tried and the system closed as he said at 4:05 PM, I would understand it is out of his hand!
