β β β β β Great starter shop at very accessible to get around aisles are good and very clean washroom and the staff are customer friendly and very helpful in the cashiers do a great job also the people out on the floors that are very helpful with customers

β β β β β One thing for sure...Metro is by far the best for meat and this location has a great selection of fresh fish. I always come here for nice portions of salmon, shrimp and seafood.

I purchased ground beef that was on sale. It was best before April 29, so I packed it and froze it April 28. May 1 I defrosted it and cooked it. I had to throw it out because it smelled bad. I won't be buying meat from here again.
Prices? Cheese wiz $11.99... are you kidding!!!
Rip off prices!!!

β β β β β Great, clean, well stocked, well run store for any grocery items that you may need. However, this is not the grocery store to shop at if you are on a budget. Try Food Basics (owned by Metro, but with low prices) or No Frills instead.

β β β β β This is what i saw when i reached to my home. Then i went to metro to return it, they looked at the ground beef and they said it is normal. I think they are bored during the work and they are having fun with the customers. Anyway, i gave it back.

β β β β β Very disappointed. Stood in line over half an hour midday December 28. The "convenient self checkout" was bustling (and I have a problem with these machines taking away jobs), way too many people, so I opted for one of 4 cashier lines which stretched almost to the end of each aisle. The staff is amazing and kind, but there are simply not enough of them. This is not the first time there have been long lineups to pay via the cashier, it seems to be the new normal in that place. They can/should do much better.

β β β β β I love this store for everyday necessities, as well as some great fruit and fish. Very well merchandised and extremely clean. No elitism here, which is so refreshing. The cashiers are always friendly and attentive. Great service!!

β β β β β I ordered one of the character cakes from the bakery at the store and the cake was poorly made. The design was bad and they didnβt write happy birthday on it till I got there because they said they didnβt know where to write it. Also when I told her to write the age she forgot it and gave me this hard edible placard with the age written on it and no birthday greeting.
