HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE experience with Cambridge! I will NEVER use their services again and I definitely NOT recommend them to anyone else. They didn't fix the furnace, didn't respond to messages and don't seem to care that it's been 23 days without a working furnace. I'd give zero stars if that was an option. Sun., Oct. 24th - I call Cambridge because my furnace isn't working Wed., Oct. 27 - technician, J, diagnoses the problem as control board Fri., Oct. 29th - a 2nd technician, M, was sent to double-check. M now diagnoses the problem as blower motor. M says I'll hear from Cambridge later that day or Monday. Fri., Oct. 29 - I hear nothing Mon., Nov. 1st - I hear nothing Tues., Nov. 2nd - I leave a message with Cambridge - no response to my message Wed., Nov. 3rd - I leave a message with Cambridge - no response to my message Thurs., Nov. 4th - I finally hear from J after 3 days of me leaving multiple messages. J says the office says they haven't been able to reach me. Really? Cambridge was provided with 2 phone numbers and neither phone history show any calls from Cambridge nor were any messages left. Turns out Cambridge hasn't even ordered the part yet and it won't arrive till Nov. 10th or 11th. This now has the part arriving 17-18 days after my initial call to Cambridge. Wed., Nov. 10th - nothing from Cambridge Thurs., Nov. 11th - nothing from Cambridge Fri., Nov. 12th - technician M calls to say he's 15 minutes away from my house - however I'm 40 minutes away at work because no one from Cambridge ever bothered to contact me to schedule an appointment. M says he can come Sun., Nov. 14th instead. Nov. 12th - I call Cambridge to find out what's going on. Bill says they scheduled an appointment. When I respond that Cambridge hasn't contacted me at all, Bill says "Oh, well the part came in and we figured you'd be home." What?!!! I then asked if both the control board and blower motor had been ordered since both had been diagnosed as problems. Bill says "No, only the blower motor. That's why the 2nd technician was sent to confirm." Sun., Nov. 14th - M arrives, installs the blower motor, and guess what...? The furnace does NOT work. An error code for the control panel is showing. Exactly what I was afraid of since that was the first diagnosis of the problem. M says he's going to have to contact Carrier and they're closed Sundays. Mon., Nov. 15th - After multiple attempts, I finally reach M and he says he called Carrier in the morning and left a message but hasn't heard back. Apparently he doesn't care enough to follow up. Tues., Nov. 16th - I call M twice, no answer and no response to message left. Tues., Nov 16th - I call Cambridge office. Person there (I didn't get his name) says he says he doesn't understand why I'm calling since the blower motor was installed on Nov. 12th. First, the motor was NOT installed on Nov. 12th so Cambridge isn't even keeping accurate records. Second, MY FURNACE STILL IS NOT WORKING! Person says he'll check with M and get back to me. Yeah right...surprise, surprise...he never got back to me. At this point, I'm contacting another HVAC company because I've been beyond patient with Cambridge Heating and Cooling but enough is enough. They claim that they value customer satisfaction but they obviously don't value mine because I have never been so DIS-satisfied with a company.

Outstanding work, professional and highly skilled team. Update: I would like to update and commend cambridge team for replacing my hot water tank UNDER WARRANTY! We bought the unit 6 years ago from Cambridge and after multiple attempts to fix it which failed, the entire unit was replaced and I all was done under warranty. Extremely satisfied keep up the good work guys.

They replaced my ecobee thermostat in a timely fashion. Good thing they carry thermostat in their arsenal. Job done swifty.

My mom called Cambridge when her hot water heater stopped working. A technician was able to come same day and fix it.

They have decent technicians but they're always trying to upsell. Their sales department is slow and you have to repeatedly follow up with them. I used them a few times but have changed service providers due to poor customer service.

Service was excellent. I had a speedy reply to my inquiry and Aaron was able to help us the next day. He diagnosed the problem quickly and was able to fix it within the hour. Very grateful for his expertise and professionalism all at a reasonable cost.

i have had the system from them for over few years now.. installation i already reviewed, this is an update on their technician UMAIR and Billy as well as other staff whom i have interacted with over the past couple of years. They are professional, kept me updated on the appt status. UMAIR showed up on time everytime , was honest when he did the maintenance on my furnace, and my AC. Explained everything and he was very thorough in checking the ignitions and everything so to make sure all is well. when i had an issue , Billy troubleshoot with me over the phone and i reset the Nest thermostat and removed Alexa, then the furnace was back to normal. :) very happy with them todate.

Cambridge Heating and Cooling replaced my old hot water tank with a new one. I have a large tank witch other companies were not able to get and Cambridge managed to get one within a few days. They came early to do the assessment and were on time for the actual installation. They were professional and reasonable priced. They did a great job of ensuring my house stayed clean and that nothing got damaged.
