I got my taillight and bumper replaced and the job done was 100% perfect and super fast. Fantastic service and the price was competitive . Also he fixed my minor front damage at no cost. They are here to help you during the bad times. Stop wasting time and comparing quotes just visit this place and I bet you wont regret. My car bumper looks brand new factory. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are the best! I brought my CRV in after the passenger side mirror was knocked off. Percy was able to reuse the casing of the original mirror to save money. He printed a price list for the other salvageable parts, removed them, so they could be sold later to further offset the cost. He saved me over $400 from the Honda dealer quote with potential for a lot more. I would definitely recommend Nagu Auto. It's a family business willing to go the extra mile to help the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately I had to deal with two different incident over the last few years. The first time I had an accident, my insurance company had me take it into their preferred shop promising me life time warranty, but when warranty came into play about 6 months later i was told that I would have to do my due diligence to prove to them its warranty issue, and they refuse to stand behind their warranty. So when I had my second accident in February 2021, I chose to take it to Nagu Auto and I couldn't have asked for anything thing better from them. They really took care of me and my car and gave me life time warranty on everything that was done to the car. Last month I had an issue with moist getting into one of the headlights that they replaced and no buts or ifs, they ordered a new light and covered it right under warranty.

They took their time to advise me of my car, the prices are quite reasonable, and their workmanship is of precise quality! My damages were fixed so perfectly there’s no trace of it. + great customer service!!
