This is one of the worst experience of my life, they ask for the damage not done by us and give threats that if we don't pay they will charge from the credit card we have given to them, that too with extra charges.
They took my car without informing and charges extra for that as well even though we payed for whole week in advance.
They are just looting people.
Please don't go here
They don't even know how to talk to customer, treats as if we are their workers.
May god see the wrongs they do to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Durham car rental literally saved my day as it was busy weekend me and my friends planned a last minute road trip but all the rental shops were out of cars except durham. The owner Vijay was kind and polite and the i took a 2020 Hyundai Sonata. The car was really good and the price was economical as well. Would highly recommend. Good Luck durham Car Rental.

My friend recommended this place when my car got into an accident. They were extremely helpful even after hours. They gave me a very nice car and I had totally wonderful experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience of Rental from this place. We rented car from here. Firstly the person who works there don’t know how to do customer service he was very rude to us, Secondly he charged us extra money for the some damage which we don’t know or we didn’t do and he asked to pay for that and if we don’t pay than he will charge on my credit card, Thirdly he touched our personal things which was in the car without our permission and since this pandemic is going on I didn’t felt good that he touched my things as it is not safe and some of our belongings is missing aswell . I suggest that never visit this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience. I was able to book an 7 seater car at the last minute and they managed to get me a brand new Ford Explorer. The owner of the company is very kind and he reached out to us to know if everything was alright. Very affordable pricing. Had a wonderful overall experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had good customer service at start after that the attitude started changing and then after the contract is done and there was some issue of a ticket even after me saying tickets are paid they illegally charged my card without my constant
They even threaten me and locked the car if dues were delayed and did not car where the car was or where I was
