★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a used car from him. He was like a fraudulent. He doesn't say his real name then he promises for fix the minor damages. Dont trust him. He doesn't answer his phone after got your money. If there is a question and proof l am ready.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Possibly the worst car dealership I have ever dealt with. This review has nothing to do with the outcome of dealing with them and is completely based on the customer experience I received which was horrendous. Everyday I spoke to the gentleman on the phone he sounded disinterested and did not have a friendly demeanor. I was told everyday I would be getting a call with an update and never received them, I would always have to be the one to call back for any information and I would generally wait 4 to 5 hours past the time I was told I would be called and sometimes up to a day before I would call back to be greeted on the phone by someone who sounded unhappy to hear from a customer. I was also told once when I called he was with a customer and would call me back very shortly, this was at 6pm and exactly like I expected no call had come through and again when I called back the next day he sounded annoyed. I would personally stay clear of this joke of a dealership just because of the extremely poor customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a wonderful experience! Albert was AMAZING! My wife and I took several months to decide which car to purchase and visited the dealership multiple times. Albert was available, supportive, patient and understanding throughout the entire process. We never felt pressured or rushed. He went above and beyond to help us make a decision. We could not have had a better experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Getting a mini van for our small young family (2 toddlers and the Mrs) wife wants to get it herself so let her go through the process. Every step of the way sounded like a scam, but let her do it because she was confident and it's good to know these things for yourself. Pay a small down payment on the van and wait for them to let us know financing.
Fast forward 2 weeks, they've run her credit and her mother's credit so many times that they're getting calls about it, credit dropped by like 100 points due to the inquiries. We found another vehicle through a family friend and decided to part ways with these guys, now they aren't giving back the down payment and seem to have blocked my number (at least the manager seems to have done so).
Overall this is still seeming like an entirely fraudulent company. I'd recommend taking your business elsewhere; their prices aren't very good, service is atrocious, and that's before you even get the car. There are many many better dealerships in the GTA that are worth your time and money, don't waste it here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are crooks, they lie about the cars they are selling, make excuses as to why there’s a delay on you having the car and then give you a run around for your money back. DO NOT GIVE THEM NO MONEY they are scam artist. They had my come over there and wait an hour just for them to tell me that they will give me my money back the next day. They are just looking to make sales at your own expense.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheap, Unprofessional and Con artists, bought a car from them feeling cheated. Once you sign those papers forget that they will even pick ur phone. Good-luck if u are expecting customer service they don't know what that is.
