★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Picked up the parts for my condo bathroom vent. Staff was professional and friendly. Price is reasonable. Wish the open hours can be extended a little bit (close at 5pm) so I don’t have to rush there after finish work at 4:30.

*update the customer service call me and toll me they have my item in stock in other store and they will ship it rush so i can get it in the next 3-5 business day im gonna add more star if i get my other in the delay you told me!another update in a week!
I order a replacement part for my hvac ther said on your website IN STOCK you send me a E-MAIL that says IN STOCK but when i contact you 2 week later....
Well you DONT HAVE IT IN STOCK and it will take 1 month to get my order ....it was my FIRST and LAST order you will receive from me .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bought item from amre supply. they shipped to me an incorrect item. As their return policy, they stated to return their incorrectly shipped product, they would need me to authorize another shipping charge. So in the end I would have had to pay more in shipping to get my originally purchased item from Amre supply, then if they just sent the correct item in the first place. They are making customers pay for the mistakes they make. Would have been a 5 Star if they had just shipped the correct item in the first place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a few things from Amre supply. Some were in stock at the time of order some i had to wait for. Part of the order came in quick and the other... I am pretty sure they just didnt send it until months later i checked on it and with no apology it just showed up at the door couple of days later. This is still not a big deal. Another issue is: one of the parts i bought from them, an igniter for an oven, burt after less than 3 months of use. Of course, no response from customer service, definitely no replacement and now i have to buy the same thing again for 100 dollars. Will be buying it elsewhere though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to find the hard to find parts that Homedepot and Lowe's don't carry. Wished i knew about the place earlier. Staff had been helpful and knowledgeable. They know which parts had been returned when and why (usually because of a deficiencies in the product to begin with and they'll mention a better alternative)
FYI. Return policy: You open the product. It's yours forever.
