Also they employ their own kind and everyone has similar attitude. Their staff needs better training. We really hope they educate their staff on giving customer service.

No respect for customers at all and they do not realize that they are dealing with the Canadian Market and making profits. Be respectful when dealing with customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 star so far. Just grabbed a king Canada industrial kc-2020A air compressor. Same pricing as everywhere else. Curb side pick up. Would 100% come back and check out what items are in store once things re-open. Their web site is on construction. Staff was friendly on the phone and for pick up. I’m a carpenter and I’m always looking to purchase local, rather then big box.... I don’t know why some of these reviews speak about them being asian. We all pay taxes ??
Update- Visited. Good selection of quality tools. Picked up a grex 18g nailer “green buddy”. $30 cheaper then other resellers. Super friendly staff. This is a pro shop not a big box store. Will return, and spread the Hon-Mark name to anyone asking about construction related tools/hardware

The staff now recognizes me and always great me and ask if I need help.
Most of the time I just bring one of what I need then tell them how many, and they bag it all up for me.
There are no prices listed anywhere but 9 times out of 10 their prices are MUCH cheaper than Home Depot etc.
Very helpful and friendly.
Even if you don't know exactly what you need, you have to have a good idea and they can pin point the item for you.
I'm not a "professional" by any means, but I respect their time and help so their no return policy is fair.
Know what you need, get what you need =)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had the best experience here. We walked in, having been referred from The Metal Supermarket, needing help to figure out everything required to create outdoor curtain rods out of pipe. The staff helped us to choose the materials, figure out the measures, and gave us guidance on how to prep the pipe before installation. They are friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to us amateurs. It took them all of 90 minutes to prepare the order (including cutting and threading the various pipes) and ready it for pick up. It was such a great experience. I will absolutely use Hon-Mark again.
