Had the worst experience when I went to trade in my laptop. The representative was trying to smart by telling me that my laptop is worth $50 when the other representative already checked and told me that it is more. Very unhelpful staff and I would never recommend my friends and family to go to this location. Want to give 0 rating

I don't know why you guys deny a commitment you give during purchase. I have purchased a pixel 6 and along with it a geek squad plan. You committed that any manufacturing issue related to product will be provided free without any hassle and when we put in a claim you say it is under manufacturing warranty and cannot be claimed. So what's the point of geek squad insurance plan at the first place. And after that again recommended to go ahead with manufacturing warranty claim with you. I cancel the geek squad plan cus it's of no use. And then you again change your words saying that it is now not under your purview. Stick to your word guys. Learn your own products first before sale. And most importantly learn to help customers with the products you sold.

I bought Airpods 3rd generation online.I got it open so I went back to return them at the store as they have a return policy. There was a lady at the store who refused to refund the money back to me. She wanted to give me credits instead of refunding the money back to me. I told her that I do not want the credits as I do not want to purchase anything from best buy. We were in doubt so i told her i will ask my friend first he also works in best buy. Next day, I went again to this same store, there was a guy this time who I talked to person(mark) who is in the counter he agreed yo refund the money back to me, but this time the same lady from previous day, she(Fatima)came to us from the another counter and she told the guy not to refund the money back. Then the other guy(Mark) told us we cant give you refund back and talked rudely with us and he said you can complaint whoever you want. Then i told them i want to talk to manager and they said the person named (MO) is the manager and he didnt listen to our words and said rudely that you can go to your friends store and change it.This is really terrible customer service.

I purchased a microwave that was on sale. The sale was on-line as well it was clearly marked on the floor. After getting home I reviewed the e-receipt only to find that I was charged full price. You can’t call the store directly. The call centre was are unable to assist except to acknowledge that yes it’s on sale and that a mistake has happened. No resolution at all. Know I have to return to the store and hope they will be able to rectify but so far the customer service is zero. Not happy at all.

I would like to start by thanking Josh. N from the geek squad. He was working behind the counter when I went in to get an update on my laptop that was out on repair. The original employee that had sent my laptop out never told me that under my geek squad package i could receive a loaner laptop while my PC is out for repair. This is very disappointing because I pay a monthly subscription for this service, so the idea of not being told of some of the perks is very discouraging. Thanks for Josh. N keep up the great work and dedication to your job.

After a tedious wait at the Geek Squad desk, (they really should have more staff than just two members on at a time) I was seen. I told them my Geek Squad membership and what I was told to do with my cell phone, bring it in for a quick seeing to. They asked some questions and got down to it, looked over all my settings, asked a few more questions and came to the conclusion my modem must have some block on it, since only my phone is ever affected. Since I am moving and signing up for new service today, I hope this resolves itself.

Worst customer service ever! Brought a laptop, but it started to show issues the in the first time use itself. Got it replaced and this time the stylus didn't work. Later on I asked for refund but they fined me 150$ as service charge. All they did was install zoom 2-3 application which I could have done at home easily. Traveling Everytime to the outlet get an issue resolved is not feasible. This is not what you give in the name of customer service.

I went to buy an IPhone 13 at this location. The Indian looking man at the front of the counter at the phone section gave me the worst service of my life. He frowned and challenged me with the worst attitude. He didn’t offer me a sit and he was just very rude answering all my questions. This employee also didn’t want to give me a $100 gift card which a different one offered me the last time I came in to make some inquiries until I asked for his manager and his manager gave me the discount. Why would someone come and by the latest phone and spend all that money and all you can do is act sad and bitter towards the customer? Best Buy you need to improve your customer service with your employees because there are other stores that sell almost everything you do. All we want as customers is good plain simple service with a smile and respect that’s all. If your reps are having a bad day I suggest you spot that fast and pull them off the floor so they don’t give awful services to people. I worked out of your store angry after making this iPhone 13 purchase and I almost thought of returning it so I can go someone else to spend my hard earned money. This is by far the worst customer service I have received by an agent in my entire life. 0 star is what you deserve.
