STAY AWAY!!! This company is so shady I don't know how they're still in business. Their salespeople will convince you you're getting a great deal when they're actually charging you more than their website price. And if you make the mistake of buying from them, EVERYTHING IS FINAL SALE. No returns, no refunds. Heck it doesn't matter if your order hasn't shipped yet, you CANNOT CANCEL and will not get a refund. I don't even trust their products because I emailed the manufacturer of one of their branded products and the manufacturer said they didn't make that product. ??? If you're still skeptical after my review, just google "bad boy complaints" and you'll find everything you need to know. You're welcome!

A very unpleasant and trouble riddled experience. Sales Bill#160354. Delivery promises not honored and after several follow ups came in (after 4 weeks) with missing parts! Meanwhile headboard could not be fixed even by their own specialist. A replacement was weeks away. Had to haggle and plead for it to be returned. Finally agreed on a refund, however the manager would not till it was physically picked up (by their company). This again required several follow ups. Finally when it was picked up and it was time for a refund, their communication was very poor -which wasted 45minutes of my time before it was finally resolved. DO NOT SHOP AT BADBOY STORES !! Of course, a generalized template response will follow.........

Amazing service. We bought two mattresses and a couch from Abena. She is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and patient. The delivery service were within the slotted time frame; usually near the end. But overall, I would recommend getting your furniture needs here.

Ordered a dining set in January for my mother. Paid up front and was promised that the dining set would be delivered within maximum 8 weeks. The salesperson indicated that if nobody contacted me for delivery by the 7th week, then I should follow up with him directly. I waited 7 weeks, still there wasn't anybody contacting me to schedule a delivery. By the 8th week I called the store multiple times to inquire the delivery status. Each time the person who answered the phone told me that she left the message for the salesperson to reply back to me, but the salesman never once returned the call. By the end of the promised 8 weeks period, I went to the store in person to inquire about the delivery status. The salesperson was working that day so I asked him the delivery status. The salesperson indicated that I would need to wait another month. While my mother is okay waiting maximum 8 weeks for the dining table, waiting another month is not acceptable. Besides, Bad Boy already failed to deliver by the promised 8 weeks window, how would I know that they won't fail to deliver after another month? I requested to have my money return to me so I can purchase a dining set somewhere else that have inventory, they indicated that their policy is no refunds. But it is not a refund if I never got the product in the first place (and it's their fault for failing to deliver the product within the promised deadline). I asked to speak to a manager, the salesperson refused. He then said he needs to help other customers and walked away. So, it's been almost 3 months since I paid for this dining table that I never received. I couldn't get anybody to return my calls, even when I went to the store in person the salesperson would avoid me, and I couldn't speak to a manager. I now see so many bad reviews online for Bad Boy, with customers in similar situation of never receiving the item after paying for it. How is it even legal that they can take the money without ever delivering the product?

This company shall be shut down due to the poor customer service, chaos management system and rude sales. First the sales sold me the products with full of liars and arranged me to pick up the product from their warehouse, when I arrive there, I am told the product is out of stock and the new one is three months away. I called their manager, the manager is very rude and refuses to apologize. He said it is about the problem of stock checking system. However this is your problem in your company, you shall not blame the customer who just follows up your instructions to pick up the product on the day agreed by both sides. I said I need talk to your supervisor, then another one comes out and talks the same excuses. They refused any apologies,any reasonable compensation. I spend 4 hours on road to pick up the product, but nothing, just bad experience I got finally. The whole stuff in this company are unreasonable rude with strange logic. Then I checked the reviews from Business bureau (BBB), this company is warned by BBB, which reminds of all customers to be very careful to purchase anything from their store, due to too many complaints to them. I think this company shall be penalized by the government due to their bad business behavior, cheating, liars, poor and rude customer service.

Ordered a dishwasher 2 months ago, still waiting for it. Called customer service close to 10 times, very bad communication. A week after I ordered the dishwasher, I called to get an update on the delivery date, they told me it's going to be delivered in 2 weeks, they keep telling me the same thing every time I call. I asked a couple of times to talk to a manager, they always say someone will call me back. No one has ever called me back. Long wait time to talk to customer service. No answers to email. Extremely bad customer service, I do not recommend at all. I have to put one star but even one star is too much.

I ordered a Sofa in Oct-2021. After several weeks I was informed over phone that it is discontinued. I agreed for an alternate one they suggested. It has been 4 months since that and no sofa so far. On contacting customer service over chat, they keep saying we have forwarded your request to their Manager who will contact me shortly. No-one has contacted me over the last 4 months. They keep wasting time on chat. It appears they do not want to refund the money nor deliver the sofa. I asked for a refund and I have not seen my sofa or the refund in 4 months or any information about it. Calling them is useless as you will spend hours waiting for your turn. HORRIBLE.

We walked in looking for a dining room table and found a set that included 6 chairs we paid full amount for and was promised to have the chairs delivered to us before Christmas. Delivery came and left 2 glass pieces and no table base along with 2 chairs (missing 4 chairs + table base) we called in and it seemed like no one at this location knew what they were doing and put me on hold for almost an hour. They rescheduled a day to have the remaining chairs and table delivered to us and to have the extra piece of glass brought back. The next delivery guy brought a SINGLE CHAIR!! We were once again promised 4 chairs and they only showed up with 1!! I tried calling the person that assisted us that day (Tina) but not once did I get an answer to my call and would get a text message back telling me to contact bad boy Scarborough. I ended up calling bad boy to only have them act clueless on the phone. I then decided to show up to the location in person (1h drive) with my father. We asked for a manager after and was told that the manager was at the front desk from a worker that approached us. We were told that they weren’t in today once we went to the front desk. Seemed quiet odd after they gave us this response once having a look at our profile at front desk. We were so frustrated that no one wanted to assist us and let us know where our furniture was. The sales manager over heard the whole conversation and did not care to provide service to paying customers. The sales manager told us he was sick and did not want to speak to us as he was very ill and just came back from the hospital. He slammed his phone on the counter after we were upset with his response and tried showing us personal photos of his hospital visit (which we didn’t ask to see) and began yelling at us. I don’t understand who gave him the title at this location but that is certainly not how you speak to a customer that is 100% in the right in this case. He ended up storming off and (again) did not give us a response on where our furniture was. I think someone that is claiming to be sick during a pandemic should also not be at work!!! I am disgusted by this company’s response and poor service. I do believe the other reviews left on here before mine. This company is right about one thing and that is BAD. You want to have your money taken from you and never returned go to bad boy. This has FRAUD written all over it. Do not go here and save yourself the headache. I’d give them zero stars if I could.
