N	Nick Areekadan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Michelle was the person we had to talk to in order to see the apartment and she had scheduled an appointment for 1 then gave us a call without leaving any voicemail or message and when we arrived at 1 she said the appointment is now for 2 and gave us attitude the entire time. Choose who represents your company wisely.
b	bob abeer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked an appointment days in advance, they still managed to be nearly 1.5 hours late. After they finally came, they showed me an uncleaned apartment that was literally filthy. I left as fast as I could, definitely do NOT rent from this company at all.

If you messy people who rent the place then those insects attracts thy place. When you go in everything is clean and tidy right.!? Cleanliness is both the abstract state of being clean and free from germs and dirt, and the habit of achieving and maintaining that state.Cleanliness is often achieved through cleaning. We living rightnow in mainstreet but no issues. When we inform the manager thier is prompt actions.
K	Kayla on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far the worst landlords I have dealt with... me, my sister and her family live in the village acres apartments and the guy doesn’t care about anything or any inconvenience they may have. A bed bug problem was found in my sisters sweet after she moved in. They told them they are only doing 2 sprays then all of a sudden out of the blue they have to do a third. All he has to say when my sister and them are in a position where they can’t afford to keep buying garbage bags and having to find a spot for her pets and daughter to go for 24 hrs is “it’s not his problem”.... sorry but I have a HUGE problem with a landlord not giving a sh**t. And then I have things that I said need to be fixed 3 months ago when I moved in, finally I have maintenance call me asking permission to enter my suit when I’m not home. I advised him I’d rather not due to my cat and dog and I’m not having them locked up all day while I’m at work. All I wanted was him to work with me but he made it very clear he doesn’t care, him nor the maintenance guys work passed 5 or on the weekends. He literally told me to figure it out and get back to him. Sorry but I’m not taking time off work for something I asked for months ago to be fixed. NOT HAPPY with his ATTITUDE and honestly can’t wait to be out of here and we are all thinking about breaking our lease.... will be contacting head office when open to also make a complaint...
B	Brittany Biggin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgusting buildings. Ever changing landlords. Dirty apartment upon move in. Tried to charge me for not returning keys when I did. (Had to call 3 times to get them to update invoice). My neighbor had bedbugs and I wasnt informed. When I asked for my apartment to be precqutionarily sprayed it took forever to get a response. I threw out my belongings and tried to get out of the lease and they wouldnt allow me to pay for a few months to allow them to clean and gain from a new tenant.

A big thank you to the manager Greeshma who is always really professional and kind, she answers really quickly to any questions or issues . Management is on point. I had a problem with my heater and on the same day I had maintenance coming to my appartement to fix it ! Also have to mention how low is the damage deposit and monthly rent! I highly recommend Mainstreet corp.

I called the building manager and it took them two months before they fumigated and even then they didn’t do it properly. I requested they let me out of my lease seeing as how they were breaking their end of the agreement, I asked for my rent back, I asked that they fumigate the source of the infestation. There are still bugs in their building, crawling on the ceilings and walls of the common areas... I will never rent from mainstreet again.

Currently, I am living in downtown main street apartment and I face plethora of problems over here. Main thing is that there is no camera in any main street apartment building. Main doors lock are not usually in working conditions, anyone can enter in the building. These problems I am facing since 4 months. On the top of that, two weeks ago there was a robbery happened in my apartment building. Usually homeless people enter the building and stayed over whole night which makes me very insecure of my safety. I have contacted manager numerous of times related to these but no one hear me and not even a single step was taken to resolve these conditions. That's why I suggest everyone not to opt main street apartment for residence. If no steps would be taken I will try to reach regional manager with my issues.
