She was super conscious of putting more numbing cream when needed and is there for the customer. Wonderful person and good at her job! 5 ⭐️

From the start, I had a ton of questions and i was worried but she was Incredibly informative, caring and wise so that's why i chose to trust her with my eyebrows. I could tell she would care as much if not more about my appearance and well-being as she would for herself so i asked her about the different methods. I choose the nano because I felt it was best for me. Hetty is a perfectionist and she is the person that you want to trust with your face. She asked questions and made sure i was comfortable the entire time. She checks on you, she is available to answer questions anytime and uses only the best products that you want on your face. She has a fantastic memory and respects your privacy as well. Thanks Hetty for being the best service provider in the business!!

My lashes never fell flat until well into my 2nd month of having them done. My lashes never broke like they have in the past with previous Lash Professionals. She is very thorough, clean, and sanitary. I highly recommend Defining Beauty Lash & Brow Boutique.

I just had Nano brows & shading done recently by Hetty, I am extremely pleased, she is new at doing this however she has done a lot of research in order to make sure her clients are happy & get lasting results which truly is key. Hetty is taking gentle progress to find my preferred shape design before stepping forward to making the jump to a permanent brow fix for me.
