R	Rachel Trebilco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in with a groupon and saw Omar. He is fantastic!! He is seriously a talented hair dresser, and gave me an awesome haircut and highlights that look great. Plus, he is a very funny, personable guy. Good value if you use the groupon.
R	Roby Felix on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife went here for hair colouring and haircut. The lady had told us not to use groupon coupon as they can give us the same deal as groupon. The groupon coupon had haircut, colouring, styling and blow dry for $75 after we use the discount code. Rania was doing the work on my wife’s hair but then she refused to do the haircut as she told we have to pay $40 extra for haircut which was ridiculous as they had told they will give the same deal as groupon. After telling her many times that groupon coupon included the haircut she as us to pay $20. My wife decide to pay the extra $20 and Rania just did the trimming of the hair and not the proper haircut my wife was looking for... Our first visit to this salon was awesome not this one. We should have used the groupon coupon instead of trusting them to give us the same deal. Not happy with how this situation was handled... Hope no one else faces this situation..

A	Allison Yellowknee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used a groupon coupon for a full wash, colour cut and style and the lady who served me wasn’t paying attention to what I purchased. I had to tell her twice what I paid for. She spoke to the other girls more than me and it was in their language- not English. Occasionally they would look at me and laugh. As a big woman I felt very uncomfortable. After I endured 1.5 hours there my hair looked fine however I asked for a long layer after having straight one length hair for 10 years. When I got home and washed it for the first time I noticed many areas where my hair was longer on the other side. When I would curl my hair I could not do a good job because many uneven strands that were difficult to curl. I went to another salon a month later and they said whoever did my hair was careless and did a horrible job. I never went back there again.

She’s very skilled, knows what she’s doing and also manages to keep a conversation going while doing what she does. She made sure I was comfortable and liked what she did to my hair. I was skeptical because I’d never highlighted my hair before but she has done such a wonderful job with my hair. The rest of the staff is also friendly and they help each other out. Thank you, Rania.

She tries to make me feel comfortable and to give me the best results. This place is always clean and smells amazing.
