D	DD KK on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in with my daughter and was told to wait as they were finishing up with other customers. We waited patiently for 20 minutes and another customer just walked in as it was my turn next. It did not appear she had an appointment nor did they know her but they helped her first and told me to continue to wait which was super upsetting!!!! I got up and told them this is not right and walked out. Too bad for them they lost what could have been a loyal customer for many years. I've been getting my nails done for so many years at variety of places and never experienced this kind of disrespect. Horrible customer service, stay away!!
I	Ian Blois on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For a place that seems to have bad reviews.....I do not really get it. I have been here twice now and had the utmost care and attention paid to me. They are polite and friendly and never pushing me or trying to upsell me. For someone who is new to pedicures it's easy to have a bad experience or feel uncomfortable and never go again. This was not the case here, it was a pleasurable experience and I plan to make this a more regular occurrence.
R	Rachelle W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have went to this nail salon before and didn’t have a problem. Even though the prices are above average. They have went down hill since my last visit. Today I stopped in after work to have my shellac removed. They did get me in quick which was nice but the nail technician was not personable at all. My nails were covered with pieces of leftover shellac after she finished. I had to ask her to go over it TWICE. She also left all my nails different lengths and shapes. Although I’m not sure if basic shaping is included in removal - I have never had a nail salon leave them without a quick file. I will not be returning.
h	hnich 12 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was Okay. I went as a walk in for a pedicure. There was only one person working so I waited a little bit - no problem. I chose my colour and gave it to the girl. It wasn't until after I was seated with my feet in the water that I was informed this polish cost $5 extra as it is apparently shinier and lasts longer than regular polish - not sure I buy that but at that point I didn't want to dry off my feet to go get another colour so I just said fine. Then she proceeded to try to get me to purchase more upgrades like a "spa" rub aka using the exfoliating lotion - which for $30 should be included with the pedicure anyways. Or adding on a design on my big toe, or getting a manicure. The pedicure itself while quick seemed thorough enough. Once finished she had me sit at the drying station for maybe 4 minutes before spraying my toes with the quick dry spray and basically telling me it was time to go. I wasn't over happy about that since the polish wasn't really dry and the store wasn't closing for a while so not too sure why I was getting the boot. For a $35+tax pedicure I am less than impressed. It wasn't horrible, but it wasn't that great either. I had another pedicure done closer to the Clareview area which was much better and cost less so I will return there next time and don't plan to go back to Win's.
C	Carla on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going here since they opened. Clean, friendly and always walk away with a great manicure. It can be busy so you may have a bit of a wait even with appointments. I always bring a book just incase they are running behind

To begin with the lady said that I told her fill when I know I didn’t I said I want a new set of acrylics and she was huffing and puffing the whole time. Suddenly half way through she switches with someone else who is working faster and it felt like she just wants to be done. They pulled and pinched my nails and fingers that as soon as I got home my fingers and I’m so much pain! Not to mention my nails are horrific. If I can show you pictures to show that I now have an infection. Never again

Enjoyed a spa pedicure so relaxing nice massage chairs, then had a gel manicure and also gel on my toes. Had my brows and chin waxed she did a super job. The staff are very talented while working fast, I really liked my time at Wins Nails. The cost is very reasonable.
