They also Made me bleed TWICE and did not clean the open wounds. All of their employees are very ignorant and rush their work. it is very unprofessional, I do not recommend this Qnails at all and I think they should be shut down with how unhygienic and unprofessional they are. 0/10 also seem to have a ant infestation

Doesn’t want to listen to customers preferences and insist on doing their own thing and change more for poor work. Disappointing service

I went here ‘cause of the 4 stars but I should’ve read the actual latest reviews. I don’t even know where to start ? I had a bad experience overall. Please consider going somewhere else if you want your nails done.

My nails are always rushed and not done as well as when I go to different salons. I like to give places a second chance but this place did not deserve one. 1/5 stars, would not recommend.

Booked online and when I came for the appointment a walk in was getting their nails done and I had to wait almost an hour, even though I booked ahead online days before. She cut me and made my finger burn with no apology. $75 for acrylics that are listed online for $40 as a FIXED price. Insane. The woman I came with got extremely short French tip nails for $70. Ridiculous pricing. (BTW, they do not hand paint French tips. Very cheap.) pedicure they do not even lotion your feet after leaving it in the water. Lady doing my nails was on FaceTime with crying children for majority of my service. Extremely unprofessional and pushy add ons you don’t request. Give you one price and add on whatever amount of money they feel. I wish I read these awful reviews before going, as I was tempted by the $40 listed on their booking. ITS A LIE.

However I got there at my appointment time of 11:30am she didn't start on my nails till about 12:00pm. Then she forced me into getting a new set even though only one nail was lifting and i had just gotten a new set. She not only trimmed my nail down all the way to the point my skin was bleeding i didn't get an apology until she had found out this was my first time being there. She then informed me that "I look single" even though i have a child and a ring on my finger, so that was insulting. Then to top it all off she charged me $85.00 plus taxes for her to put clear polish and two lines of blue. I have never been charged more then $60.00 for a set of nails and they are normally a lot fancier then this. On top of all of this the thing that got me the most was that she was on the phone the entire time and would stop my nails to call her kids and watch her house security system. Horrid customer service! I will never recommend this place to anyone! Hopefully they will get in contact with me to explain how they allow there staff to hurt someone, insult someone, be late and then charge them outrageous pricing and not even inform me of the price prior to the job. Update: It’s been two weeeks and they still haven’t contacted me at all
