★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude and bad customer service. Tag price was $8.38 but it scanned $10.97. The lady was scanning my stuff saw that I was right, was going to fix it for me but the other lady (seemingly a supervisor) stopped her and told her she can't change it because it's price change day. She should at least talk to me about it that she can't change the price but nope she just ignored me, not even a sorry to me for their mistake and wrong advertising...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called them to ask about a product, was left on hold for 13 mins. Someone then picked up the phone and started to dial a number , then hung up on me. I dailed them back and they answered. I then went on to ask about the product I needed and they did not confirm it wasn't in stock... Just rudely listed out the other "colors" then hung up as quickly as they could. They were on speaker phone and my husband even said "Holy..... Rude eh? " 100% agree. If you hate your job, go get a new one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everytime I've gone into this location the store manager keeps calling my boyfriend a woman and it's not than just an honest mistake she's done it over 5 times. After I told her that he is indeed a man she got a defensive attitude.
My suggestion is maybe look up when customers enter so you actually know who you're taking to not waiting until they're at the back of the store to acknowledge them.
Second it's also okay to ask do YOU need any help finding anything or do you TWO need help finding anything instead of do you ladies need any help ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a well organized, clean little store! I am newish to coloring hair and my 14 year old son wanted to partially color his red hair green. I did a ton of research and talked to our stylist and she suggested Sally. I was helped by the store's assistant manager who was very friendly, attentive, and knowledgable. She recommended products for lightening his hair in advance of coloring it and explained why it should be done, very much appreciated. And now several hours later, my boy's hair is exactly the way he wanted it and I'm no worse for wear! As well, at the time of my visit (07/25/2020) their store had a maximum of 5 people, there was hand sanitizer available at the front, gloves at the front if you wanted them, and all staff that I saw were wearing masks. Overall, a great experience and I'm looking forward to my next visit!

She was absolutely amazing and really knew her stuff. Because of her, I will definitely be back :) !!

Went in here today and the girl that helped me was wonderful, she was very knowledgeable and actually took the time to discuss the issues I’m having with my hair so that she could help me find the best products suitable for my hair, she was also very nice.
