They are so supportive and compassionate and always assist me in making the best decisions for my fur babies. Dr.Cecilia is helpful in coming up with unique ideas to care for difficult illnesses and is always willing to do whatever it takes to care for the animals in her charge. I can’t recommend this clinic highly enough!!!

I am especially impressed with how much time the doctor has spent discussing the concerns we have about our puppy who already has some medical issues. He was neutered and had baby teeth removed yesterday, and the care and follow-up was excellent as usual. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can’t recommend Dr.Cecilia and her wonderful team enough! Albany Veterinary Clinic has compassionately been there for myself and my 2 Ragdoll kitties through the hardest of times. Dr.Cecilia did everything possible to give me a little more time with my 12 year old girl, Sassy. Now, my 10 year old Caymus has developed epilepsy and again Dr. Cecilia is going above and beyond to help both him and I manage our “new normal”. The team at Albany Vet does far more than solely care for your pet, they truly care about both pet & owner. I would without doubt highly recommend this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent staff and service. My dog had problems with his paw. After the first visit (which included a full exam, X-ray and blood work) he was prescribed medication which unfortunately didn’t work. We went back for another full exam, extra x-rays and the works at no cost to me. They spent over an hour going over every possible solution with us. The entire staff there is utterly amazing and both my dogs actually love going to the vet, something I never thought was possible!

I called this morning regarding my concerns about my cat who recently got spayed at a different clinic who couldn’t take the time to answer my concerns over the phone this morning so I decided to call the Albany clinic regarding my concerns about my cat who ended up eating the string that was attached to her spay cone and she was vomiting. The female receptionist this morning who answered the phone was very sympathetic and super polite . She listened to my concerns and gave me great advice and suggested me to another clinic who might be able to get me in for an X-ray since she was fully booked today. I just want to say that you guys have a great receptionist who actually takes the time to listen to people concerns instead of rushing to get off the phone ! She was very helpful
