Excellent service, and caring and knowledgeable staff! The prices are also the best I've seen so far with appointments and medicine or food for my dog. My dog loves to be here!

Dr.Sherwood is an amazing veterinarian doctor, she takes awesome good care of my two Chihuahua fur babies LuLu & Kola. The vet nurses are amazing as well. Have nothing but good experiences since I have been using their services. My girls are in good hands when I bring them into this vet. Recommend this veterinarian, give her 5 stars⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Dr. Zhou is wonderful and we'll follow her wherever she goes? Our pups got lots of attention from the kind staff too.

My pets and I followed the amazing Dr Zhou to this location. There were some hiccups at first with the service, but everything has been smooth sailing for a while now. Dr. Sherwood also treats my pets and she’s amazing. Great veterinarians, great technicians and support staff. My pets and I are very happy!

Easily the best Vet clinic I have been to. They are so gentle with the animals and will do everything in their power to make it work financially if possible. I will never go anywhere else.

I had never went to an emergency vet before. I called ahead to see what the wait time was as I heard it can be long on weekends. They said 2-3 hours. I took my very sick dog there upon recommendation from my vet. Upon arriving we were quickly taken in and given an exam by the tech. The tech said they agreed my dog should see a vet and that she was third in line. So I took her back out to the car as that is still one of their COVID protocols. 3 hours later I hasn’t heard anything so I called them from the parking lot. I was told they had some emergencies and my dog was still third in line. Waited 2 more hours. Still nothing. My dog is becoming more and more listless and less responsive - she needed IV fluids. I called again. This time they said they were getting another vet starting a shift so they should be able to take my dog next. Waited another hour and called again. I hadn’t brought my dogs medication that she now needed as I didn’t expect to be gone this long. The tech told me that it should be another 45 minutes but if I leave I will lose my spot in line. At this point it has been over 6 hours and they never contacted me once. I had to call for any updates as to what was happening. I decided to leave as sitting in the parking lot was not helping my dog as she was getting worse and I had no access to support for her in the parking lot. I ended up getting a call another hour later saying I could bring her in. By this time almost 8 hours has gone by since I started this visit. I am so disappointed by this vet and would never recommend bringing an animal here. For the amount this place charges they couldn’t even put my dog on IV as she was waiting to be seen which may have saved her life. I’m never going back and would highly discourage others from going here ever

My pets & I followed Dr. Zhou to this location & we are thrilled with the service we receive every time we visit. Every person I’ve interacted with at VCA General Veterinary Hospital is enthusiastic & passionate about pet care and it shines through in their service. The staff have done their absolute best to fit my pets in for urgent appointments, they’re always upfront about costs & different options available, and they are knowledgeable & keen to answer every question I have. I can’t recommend this clinic highly enough!
