Dr Ashley was very thorough in her exam, and took the time to review all findings with me, while discussing all treatment options. The clinic itself was clean and tidy; the office was arranged to allow space between clients and pets to minimize interactions and subsequent stress and distress to my cat. Overall an excellent experience!

We decided to make an appointment here because of their Gold Level Cat-Friendly-Practice certification. Dr. Belinda was amazing with all our boys for their annual health exams and vaccinations. She was incredibly patient and listened to all our concerns (no matter how trivial they likely were), and provided professional, thorough explanations (without feeling the need to “dumb it down”). The staff are phenomenal and we appreciate the easy communication via text. We also loved receiving a detailed receipt and procedure record via email. We are also grateful for all the COVID precautions the clinic takes to protect clients and staff, but we do very much appreciate that one cat parent was allowed in the exam room (we have one difficult cat). The only minor comment we had was that the layout of the exam rooms close to the front entrance/lobby is not ideal for carrying (especially dog) noise, but we know that it is what it is, and that is really minor in the grand scheme. We highly recommend Glenora Family Pet Clinic!

My roommate and I are in uni and our cat recently got really sick and from the very first appointment, the staff were so kind, compassionate, and helpful. They’ve been accommodating and understanding of the fact that we are in school and that every financial decision is hard for us and have given us space to decide if we can afford her treatments each time. The staff are patient and gentle, and I can honestly say we have had nothing but top tier service, both in the treatment of our kitty but also in their customer service sector. If your family pet ever needs treatment, make this clinic your first call. Every staff member, from the front desk to the ones doing surgery at the back, are involved, attentive and eager to help. I attached a photo of our kitty with her feeding tube, she finally had enough energy to jump to her spot in the window!

Dr. Nick never pressures for finances, explains all options properly, is realistic about what is needed. The front end staff is attentive and kind and personable. Dr. Nick got her in immediately the next day and fixed her up - she's healing well and you'd never know she'd been hurt! I've been seeing him for a few years now for my cats and he's fantastic and the clinic is reasonably priced - especially for such a central location. Ladies at the front desk are always lovely as well. I recommend this clinic to all friends with pets.

You can feel these people care about your pet as much as you do. Your pet will receive their undivided attention during the examination, and they are very thorough. The docs will spend plenty of time to discuss what your best options are, and they will never try to upsell you. The front end staff are incredibly friendly. This clinic operates with genuine care and integrity, and I'm sure that is what keeps people coming back. A heartfelt thank you to each end every person who makes this clinic feel like home!
K	Kari Jackins on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner and I took our cat here with a paw injury this week. He landed funny, damaged a nail and the paw quickly gotten quite swollen and infected. Dr. Nick and Dr. Ashley were very thorough and made sure there was nothing more serious going on before removing the nail. Because they recommended letting the antibiotics work for a couple days and then bringing him back to remove the nail, the removal of the nail went very smoothly and it prevented a substantial amount of bleeding that would have occurred if they had performed the nail removal before the swelling had gone down. I'm especially impressed with Dr. Nick's incredible customer service. I was unable to attend the initial appointment and I had concerns when the nail wasn't taken out that day. Dr. Nick received my email and called me as soon as possible to explain in more detail. He quickly eased my worries and made us feel much more calm about the situation. My cat is healing now and he's as happy and comfortable as you could hope for. Thank you so much to Dr. Nick, Dr. Ashley and all of the wonderful staff at Glenora. I will absolutely be scheduling my cat's future appointments with this clinic.
