The Barbell Base has been an amazing experience. Great people, trainers are very cautious and attentive to each member. A very welcoming personal gym! Cannot wait to build strength and see the changes that come with that!!

The Barbell Base is such a welcoming and warm environment. The trainers really care about helping you reach your goals and since I started working out here I've achieved things I didn't think were possible. They showed me how strong and capable I am! I am excited to work out every time I come in, even at 6:30 in the morning. This place has changed my life! Thank you Anthony and team!!

I've been going to classes at the Barbell Base for a few months and it's easily the best gym experience I've had! The environment is so fun and genuinely welcoming; the trainers are well-versed, and tailor the workouts so you're always getting the best experience for your body! They truly care about your progress and work closely with you to make sure you're hitting your goals. An amazing community!

I’m so excited to have found this gym! The personalized care in a small group setting was just what I was looking for. The instructors are knowledgeable and kind and instantly make you feel part of the team. Highly recommend for those looking to add strength training to their routine- regardless of past experience.

I absolutely LOVE this place! I have felt seen for where I am at in my fitness journey, including injuries that require modifications. I have felt challenged and encouraged to go further and try new things! The trainers are incredibly encouraging, personable, and considerate. I love the small class sizes and opportunity to learn from and get to know some great people. Going to a gym is a new experience but I am grateful for Anthony and his team who not only create an environment that is welcoming to all but also are invested in each and every person who comes through their doors!!

I have been going to The Barbell Base since November and can not say enough good things. I have never been more consistent with my fitness goals and my mental health is exponentially better because of it. The people I have gotten to know and workout with every week make the workouts that much more fun and we all push each other to be better than the following week. The trainers are consistently checking in to create goals that are achievable and pushing us every day to hit those goals. I have already noticed significant progress in my workouts, hitting new PRs regularly. I’ve had the pleasure of working with every one of the trainers and they each bring their own knowledge and challenges to every workout and are so welcoming and accommodating to all experience levels. Not once have I ever felt out of place there. It’s a community of motivated people lifting each other up. I’m so grateful I took the scary step out of my comfort zone and had a consultation with Anthony, because not only do I feel more confident in myself than I have in years, I am excited about my health like I’ve never been before. If you’ve been on the fence about getting serious about your fitness, the Barbell Base is where it’s at!

I love the Barbell Base. I’ve worked with several personal trainers in the past, but I have never received the detailed coaching on form and technique that Anthony, Megan, and Adrian provide. I have an old injury that they carefully coach me through and provide adaptations to both accommodate and strengthen. I also love the small group sessions. It adds a little bit of fun, sometimes an extra challenge (when someone beside you decides to lift heavier), and makes an hour long workout go by in a snap. The body composition testing they offer helps me to monitor how my efforts are paying off. I haven’t felt this dedicated to my personal fitness in years! I always look forward to my workouts with the team at the Barbell Base. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

I love spending my mornings at the Barbell Base! All of the trainers - Anthony, Adrian, and Megan - are extremely knowledgable and push you to your limits, while still ensuring good form. The workouts provide variety, are easy to accommodate with limited range of movement / injury, and promise a good sweat. The environment is encouraging and promotes a sense of community. I'm so happy to continue my fitness journey with the Base! Thank you for creating this space!
