★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really strange first experience here. We walked in and the place was dark, smelled musty, and the first thing one of the ladies said to us was "What's up?!". Like she was shocked that new clients would come in early for class. I work out regularly and have tried numerous fitness studios in Edmonton that is independently owned, but nothing comes close to how unwelcoming this place is! We came in early because we were concerned about parking (not knowing the area), and thinking we would be filling out forms. It is customary at other studios that a new client registration / waiver is completed. None of this happened at Integration Pilates. To be fair, the mat instructor was good and pleasant, but they could really work on their manners when welcoming new people if they want repeat business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm so glad I found this studio! All of the staff are so helpful, responsive, and welcoming. I have spine problems and the instructors always take time to help me with things that are harder for me, even adjusting the exercises so that I can manage them. I've recently joined on a trial basis and I will definitely be attending regularly from now on! The studio has a really nice vibe to it as well. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Integration Pilates is amazing. All of the instructors are great, and the staff are very kind. It's the a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. The classes are adjusted to your level of fitness and abilities, and modified around injuries. Pilates at Integration is always the highlight of my week, and I can't believe I've never reviewed it before!
